The Magic Flute Tickets

This was the coolest interpretation of The Magic Flute that I have ever seen. All around wonderful. Thursday’s Papageno and Pamina were truly fantastic. We need more shows like this!

I enjoyed the program very much. The ticketing process was very difficult. If I can purchase electronic tickets that send a barcode to my phone, I should not have to stand in line to cash in that online code on physical tickets along with everyone else in attendance. This delayed the start of the event by 15 minutes for an already long program on a work night. In addition, I was not able to get my ticket to sync to my Apple Wallet on my iPhone. Again, the performance was wonderful, but please fix your infrastructure before your next performance.

Performance was entertaining however we purchased tickets that were to be scanned from our phone. Since they were not scanning tickets at this event we had to wait at the box office line for 30 minutes to get them printed and the show started 40 minutes late to let everyone get their tickets converted. Very unpleasant.
