Moving music, Entertaining event!

Their performance at the Embassy was everything I had hoped for and more! These musicians are so talented on multiple instruments. Though their jazz-style pieces were also well done, all the traditional-style klezmer songs were the best! They are entertaining in word and song. In addition, the music and lyrics were very moving, touching. THANK YOU, KLEZMATICS!

You also experience their courage and humanity, Their two guests were particularly relevant in these days. Holly Near's I Ain't Afraid has been resounding in my ears.

Interesting but unexciting Kletzmer

This one didn’t do that. Perhaps because I heard a better Kletzmer band the week before, but I felt that this band lacked enthusiasm. The violinist, however, was amazing.
