I bought the regular general admission ticket. I wish I knew it understood that there was a VIP option and all that it included (I would have paid). Otherwise the shuttle buses was well organized. The vending lines were crazy long. This could have been better organized.
Only went to see one republic. They never disappoint!!
Tourn was great. Concessions and layout was weak. The selection of food in the pavilion and poorly stocked bar was embarrassing. Wine was not available at several concessions. Pavilion, Cache CREEK. Rum punch was unreliable.
Been going to tournament at Silverado for years and it has always been great. It could not have been worse this year. I have always purchased the regular ticket and was allowed to visit most pavilions and the main food and beverage pavilion. This year I could only visit one pavilion and they had only beer and limited wine. I was unable to go anywhere without purchasing the premium ticket which was never mentioned anywhere. I would never return to this tournament. It left a bad taste in my mouth and heard this from others.
The golf was great, but what a poor selection of food and drinks. The most popular beer in the United States is an India Pale Ale. They had nothing close, just a boring Ale. Not much food to purchase. Luckily we were able to get into the dinning room at Silverado to have a good beer and some good food. The concert was good, but too late of a start. Again no good beer in concert area either...
Concert was great, so glad they had country music. Crowd was not to crazy big, perfect for a local venue. Our Uber never showed up so a friend drove us home after waiting an hour, that was the worst part of the evening but not the fault of the concert or location.
Course and weather were perfect. Hospitality wonderful! Golfers put on a great show!
Great event!! Well organized. Food fantastic. Easy to see the players and watch some excellent golf
Weezer was outstanding. Rivers Cuomo is incredibly talented. The concert organizers (fortinet championship at silverado resort) could have improved things by providing a better restroom situation. The portapotties were pitch black after sunset and the handwashing stations ran out of water and soap before the concert even started. They also should have had more food options.
If you want to attend a pro golf tournament where you can see and not get trampled by crowds, be close to the action and the pros this is it! Oh yeah, and the venue...Napa Valley and Silverado! The food is also great as it is catered by local known restaurants and chefs.
This is a great fan-friendly PGA-Tour event at a superb golf resort. The Silverado golf course & grounds are beautiful & a beautiful facility for hosting this event.
We had GREAT parking, a nice dinner at the golf club’s grill and loved the featival like atmosphere at the Weezer show. What a great way to end the Summer!
Went to the Fortinet tournament. All good but the band The Wallflowers took too long to set up and get going. Got colder out. Burrrrrrrrrrrr
