Brothers Matt and Mark Hill are the sonic visionaries behind electronic-funk powerhouse The Floozies. Certified heavyweights in the world of jam and future-groove, the Kansas City-based tandem champion authentic funk in the digital age.

    The Floozies were amazing on Saturday, and those lasers! This is my first time seeing them headline and they did not disappoint. Of course Sunsquabi was also awesome as always!

    This show was high energy and didn't stop until the show was over. The Floozies bring a lot of sound for only two musicians. The fact that the drummer is live playing and stays in time with his brother as he runs the mixer, plays keyboard, and guitar is amazing. These guys are not just pushing a button on a computer and dancing around. They are playing live music and using the latest technology to push the envelope. The leds and lights were some of the best that I've ever seen and I was truly shocked that they could do all that with lasers. I can't wait to see them again in person.

    SunSquabi and Russ Liquid were absolutely perfect openers for The Floozies' amazing set as always. Night closed out with every performer from all 3 artists performing at the same time. Must see if you love funky dance music!!

    There was a nice group of people, not overcrowded. Came in at the beginning of Russ Liquid's set. He did a great job to set up for The Floozies, who always put on a fun show. 3rd time seeing them, looking forward to seeing them again. I like the venue Royale a lot, I wish that they were able to pull in bigger crowds and have more good acts come into their spot.
