Largest student run fashion show in the United States. The professionalism, sets, music, clothes, all of it, is mind blowing. Top notch judges are flown in as well as a guest design house or company for a runway sneak preview of their new spring line. This year was Nordstrom, last year was Steve Madden. I highly recommend attending!!
Our daughter will be attending ISU in the fall, entering into the Fashion/Apparel design program, so we wanted to check out the fashion show after hearing amazing things about it. Just as we expected, it blew us away from start to finish. The set design, the music, the flow, the outfits/designs, everything. The emcees were very personable and kept the show lively and moving along nicely. We are excited to keep attending year after year going forward!
Another amazing event at Stephens- the student lead Fashion Show was unbelievable impressive. Will be going again!
The venue was just right for the show. Parking was a bit of a pain with several lots closed, but the weather was okay for walking. The workers were very helpful in assisting with way finding & getting to our seats. The show itself was so beautiful, entertaining and a lot of fun. Thanks for a great evening!
I would rate it 5 but the venue really needs a second bathroom for women, so they lose a star. If we are waiting in line so long then maybe put up some displays in the area so we can at least enjoy some of the student designer's work!
This was my first time attending this show. I was so amazed at the fabulous work these designers did. So so impressive! Will return next year for sure.
The Fashion Show was so well done! Great venue, awesome set design, beautiful clothing on beautiful models, so much talent at Iowa State! Impressive!
