THE FAB FOUR IN CONCERT:
You know the saying: if it walks like a Beatle, if it talks like a Beatle...it must be The Fab Four, the world's foremost Beatles tribute band. The California-based quartet have been reviving Beatlemania with their spot-on impersonations for over 12 years, and practice has made perfect — the band's tours consistently satisfy the Beatle-shaped hole in fans' souls, drawing rave reviews for their extensively researched, down-to-the-mannerisms enactments of late great band's legendary live concerts. The Fab Four continue to carry on The Beatles' legacy in 2014, hitting the road with their beloved show on a string of North American tour dates.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Founded in 1997 by John Lennon impersonator Ron McNeil, The Fab Four spent their early days touring Southern California and playing regular shows at Disneyland. As the band's reputation grew, they landed an increasing number of high-profile gigs, including a headlining slot at Liverpool's annual Beatleweek in 2004 and a residency in Vegas from 2005-2008. Since then, the band has taken their show around the world, keeping the memory of John, Paul, George, and Ringo alive and rocking.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
"What a great performance. It was like we were actually watching and listening to the Beatles live.”
"If you like The Beatles' music, and who doesn't, you owe it to yourself to see this band. They talk like The Beatles, they sing like The Beatles, they look like The Beatles, and they play like The Beatles."
"Took my 11 y/o son who is the biggest Beatles fan I know to see the Fab Four in Reading, PA. I felt like I was watching THE Beatles live in 2013! They sounded spot on & I loved how they got the crowd involved in the show."

It was quite amazing. As a lifelong Beatles fan, I was in disbelief. Evey aspect was spot on. A must see for every Beatle fan.
These guys are amazing. They’ve obviously studied the Beatles' mannerisms, the way they talk, their attitude on stage, their humor, etc. It was really incredible; not to mention how well they replicated the Beatles' singing voices. So fun! The only downside of the concert was the venue's sound system. It was very muffled and boomy. Not sure why it was so bad, but still loved the Fab Four!
Very enjoyable and highly recommended. Expensive tickets, but well worth it. A must for any Beatle fan.
Great experience. Sound costumes songs were well done
The Fab Four were very unexpectedly good! I didn't know what to expect but was very pleased.
Went to see the Fab 4 in Reading PA at the Santander Performing Arts Center. The venue is old but the seating is good. No bad seats! The sound system was outstanding! These guys look and sound exactly like the Beatles! Their voices were tremendous. Really took you back to the good old days when the Beatles ruled the music world! You have to see these to appreciate!
Had a wonderful time at the "Fab Four"show, music and costumes were spot on and the venue was outstanding.
The music and vocals were great. I also liked the costumes.
They were great! I loved it! The singing track should have been louder relative to the instrumental tracks.
The 4 did a great Job, the timing was an issues and Ed had trouble holding down the crowd when he had to stretch the break during the wardrobe changes.
This was the third year in a row we attended and they changed up the songs they played. Also the dinner before was nice to have it in the ball room.
I had low expectations, but the Fab 4 blew us away! I’d highly recommend!
We saw the Fab Four, the Beatles tribute band, at the Reading Performing Arts building Friday night. This venue was perfect for the event! From the moment we stepped through the front doors it felt like like we were taken back through time. The evening started out with an Italian dinner up in the Mezz. We had soup, salad, the main course and dessert. The food was great! Then we headed to our seats for the show. There wasn't one bad seat in the place! Our host, an Ed Sullivan impersonator, had us rolling with laughter with his antics. But the highlight of course was the Fab Four. These guys were awesome! The guy that portrayed George Harrison did a fantastic job, as did the guy that portrayed McCartney, who by the way was only 19 years old!! They were all great at who they portrayed and their music was spot on! They had us dancing in the aisles, singing along with them and just being one with the band!! It was such an amazing show!! The only disappointment was that all communications stated it was a total "cashless"venue, so we only brought plastic. I ALWAYS purchase t-shirts at every concert I go to but unfortunately they were "cash only"sales and there wasn't even an ATM in the building so I had to leave without a souvinor t-shirt. Such a big letdown!!
Great show, takes you back to the original Beatles, 2nd time seeing them and would again.
The Fab Four was well worth the price of the ticket. The one performing as Paul was very young, but very talented. The Ed Sullivan impersonator was very good at his many impressions and quite entertaining until he started to forget his bit.
One word: Unbelievable! I have seen dozens of Beatle cover bands and these guys are the best. Lennon guy is Lennon…close your eyes and you are at a Beatles concert. Note for note, word for word, drumbeat to drumbeat…it is the Beatles. If you are a Beatles fan (or if you are not) you will NOT be disappointed…if fact you will be blown away. Hopefully Fab Four performances will give future generations an opportunity to appreciate a once in a lifetime band that changed the face of music forever. Well done boys!
The Fab Four performance of some of the early songs had that raw Beatles energy. The later songs were also pretty good. Probably the one that soundest most like the Beatles to me was "Revolution". The Fab Four really have made an effort to sound musically authentic, to look authentic from clothing to body motions to facial expressions, and even when making small talk sounding a lot like the Beatles and their Liverpool accent. The Ed Sullivan character was pretty good for awhile, but then his standup act in the "intermission"started to go south. Overall I'd give his character 4 stars.
Fab Four was awesome! Felt like I went back in time and was at a Beatles concert! The kid that was Paul was amazing and only 19 years old.
My wife and I really enjoyed the show. We are huge Beatles fans and the music was great. We love the venue and have seen many shows at the Lyric and plan to see more.
It was more than I ever expected. The guys were so awesome. Wish they would be in Maryland again soon as I would buy more tickets to take family.
