About

Metal fans have spoken, and they say that to fully appreciate The Devil Wears Prada, the band absolutely must be seen live, making TDWP tickets a valuable commodity. The Christian metalcore band from Dayton Ohio are committed to a divine cause—to rise above an unsatisfying life of petty materialism and aim for more spiritual pursuits—and nothing drives the point home like TDWP’s ominous songs scream-growled by frontman Mike Hranica. Like a shining beacon of hope, Jeremy DePoyster’s crystal clear vocals counterbalance Hranica’s guttural tones and soar far above Chris Rubey’s high octane guitar, Jon Gering’s haunting synths, and bassist Andy Trick and drummer Daniel Williams’ hard-driving rhythmic foundations. In concert, songs like “Care More,” “Black and Blue,” “Rumors,” and “War” reach a completely new level of loud. As an ever-evolving band that never appears content with the status quo, The Devil Wears Prada will no doubt remain one of metalcore’s premiere acts alongside As I Lay Dying, August Burns Red, and Parkway Drive.

Did not expect such a great show

by Rocking Jay on 10/10/23The Fillmore Charlotte - Charlotte

Never really listen to these bands on the line up. I am glad I went. I have been to the Filmore many times and this was the most packed I have seen it. No complaints and had such a great experience. Music was great

Shows good Ace Of Spades is not a good venue

by Peanut on 9/22/23Ace of Spades - Sacramento

The show was great but Ace Of Spades over sells their shows... ADA seating shouldn't have a mess of people in it to were if you need to go to the restroom but can't make your way through the crowd because it's too packed. There should always be clear walking paths to the restroom.. also the server asked me if I wanted a drink I said some water she said I can't give you any water unless u buy some or my manager will get mad but we do have self service water buy the bar..... Well I'm handicapped and use a walker so how am I supposed to make my way to the bar when it's packed with people and I have a walker so I can't hold the water and walk it back to the ada seating.

Sunday’s show of The Metalcore Dropouts was and is by far one of the best shows I’ve been to. From the incredible performances, to the crowd’s energy. Love the venue and their staff. Always friendly and helpful.

So Nice I Saw It Twice

by Bre on 9/21/23House of Blues Anaheim - Anaheim

I thoroughly enjoyed it. The House of Blues is one of my favorite venues since the parking is easy and relatively cheap. The set up is also great for a metal show. There's the open floor right in front of the stage, then there's the sound board and areas to stand behind it, which is where I usually am so I can see well and stay out of the mosh pits. It can be annoying because there's a rail and people are really weird about trying to spread their elbows out to assert dominance, which really isn't necessary if you're the first row of people behind the soundboard, but people do it anyway. There's also the balcony which usually costs about $85 extra to sit in. I've been up there for two shows, and I had a great view both times. And there's food and beverage service up there, downstairs I think there's only drinks. All the bands were great, everyone sounded great live. I liked it so much that I saw them at The Wiltern the next day. I sat up on the balcony to avoid the mosh pits. The only thing about sitting up there is that people were hesitant to stand because the view of the people directly behind you would be blocked if they stayed seated. I liked that you could choose your seat though. I was able to grab a seat in a row that was mostly empty so when Fit For a King came on, I just moved to the end of the row which was off to the left side, and I wasn't blocking the people behind me.   All the bands put on a great show especially Prada and FFAK. The lights are amazing and both bands are tight. I had seen them both earlier in the year at separate shows so when I saw they were doing a co-headline I had to go, and they didn't disappoint. 10/10 would recommend.

    Awesome Show!

by JB96 on 9/20/23Ace of Spades - Sacramento

Metalcore Dropouts Tour was so good. Would definitely recommend going in your area. Landmvrks and Counterparts tore it up as openers.

by Ashley M on 9/18/23House of Blues Anaheim - Anaheim

What a start to the tour. I love the HoB Anaheim and all the bands really killed their sets that night. Great sound, great crowd and I can’t wait to see counterparts, FFAK and TDWP again.

Not one but four amazing bands

by HeavyPebbles on 9/18/23House of Blues Anaheim - Anaheim

Sound experience top notch. Light and stage presence on point. VIP experience would’ve been better had the people in the front row seats were sitting instead of standing. Drinks great. Definitely will buy VIP again. No waiting in line. Early access. Merchandise plentiful. Easy parking coming in and going out.

Sucks!! That venue doesn't have enough parking!

by Eddhunter192 on 9/18/23House of Blues Anaheim - Anaheim

Got to the place 30min after first band played, no parking at all... 20 min looking for parking and nothing around there everything reserve for hotels and restaurants... waste of time and money.

Good show, but parking was almost not worth it.

by Trashmin on 9/18/23House of Blues Anaheim - Anaheim

The show was good, but the parking in the structure was so bad it was almost not worth going. Leaving the show, I sat in a line of cars to get out for about 50 minutes. That’s ridiculous.

    Best metal core band.

by TDWP gets it going on 2/15/23

Hands down the best experience I had at a metal core show. They are amazing and have such amazing songs and know how to work a crowd.
