ABBA The Concert Live
In 1996, Martin Håkansson and Christian Fast created the ABBA tribute band called Waterloo in Stockholm, Sweden. Audiences and local journalists immediately came to an agreement: "This is the closest to ABBA you will ever get." Over the course of the next 10 years, Waterloo continued to add full-time members like Tom Bieme, Marcus Olsson, Jonas Lidholm, Charlotte Berg, Matilda Lindell, and more. By 2013 they agreed to go by a new name -- THE VISITORS -- and they hit the road to tour just a few months later. The group has made waves across audiences, doing conference performances for Fortune 500 companies, playing a part in a multi-group performance called The Tribute Show -- which pays homage to pop and rock greats like Elvis Presley, Queen and The Beatles -- and even performing for The Queen of Sweden. Fast forward to today and ABBA The Concert, in association with 21st Century Artist Inc., is a national success, recreating the magic of Mamma Mia! on a nightly basis across the United States.

Have seen 'ABBA the Concert' for three consecutive years. Past two shows were great. Lots of show appeal and tight performances. This show was a big disappointment. They looked like they just got out of bed. Wrinkled clothes terrible wigs. The bass player with dark hair, dark complexion and dark glasses looked out of place in a group hailed as being "from Sweden". They ruined the finale "Thank You for the Music" by interrupting it to do introductions.
Great show. Brought back pleasant memories of 30 odd years ago. Although there are some new members of the band, the group sounded very original. I danced in the aisle which is something I have not done so far at any other show at hard rock.
VERY GOOD! Both girls were great singers and sounded like the real ones. The lead guiter was not so good. Piano player was good. Over all--- I would recommend to anyone who loves their music!
They provided a wonderful concert and the Sax player was awesome!!
This show was better than Celine in Vegas. We were transformed back in time just watching and listening to the music. Everyone was up dancing by the end. Great show!!
WELL DONE FROM A FAN OF THE ABBA OF THE 70'S THE SHOW IS VERY ENTERTENING
Great music and great musicians! They looked and sounded exactly the same like 35 years ago. Amazing!
ABBA The Concert - A Tribute to ABBA was a really flashback to the 70"s & 80's
Fun show .. very entertaining ... played all the songs you wanted to hear ... good vocals .... and the original bands saxophone player was amazing ...he did a great solo walking through the crowd .. definitely worth seeing if your an Abba fan
I don't think the show could have been better even if the original band performed. Great vocals, talented musicians and of course great material.
Cute, but...would I have known.. It was not worth the price of admission. Some of the songs, who knew what they were.. I guess they were FILLERS or an album back in the day..Even then they were no good.
They were tremendous! The outfits were authentic and they sounded just like ABBA
This was a different ABBA Tribute band than I have seen in recent years, but still very, very good. They did all the iconic numbers plus some I have not heard/seen before. Of course, the girls went through all the costume changes we expect. I was singing along with most of the numbers, as was most of the audience. There was a lot of dancing going on in the audience, also.
This show couldn't pick a good time for me and my husband. It was right on our anniversary and we celebrated with the Abba's concert. Spectacular!!!!!!
I would highly recommend this show to anyone familiar with the original ABBA. This band is an excellent imitation of ABBA, with the same look, the same vocals, and some of the same band members!! (The bass player and sax player played in the original ABBA.)
I had a great time at the concert....The show itself was pretty incredible. The male lead performer on guitar was incredible. The costumes were very reminiscent of what Abba wore in the 70's, which contributed to the overall feeling of authenticity. I was a little disappointed in the blonde female artist, as she seemed stiff, and not like she was having a good time. However, the music was wonderful, and the original band member on the saxophone was phenomenal. There weren't a lot of people in attendance, but those who were there really seemed to get into it with singing and dancing, which just added to the concert.
Super professional performances. Super sounding audio. Crystal clear vocals. Great musicianship! I have seen Judas Priest, Rush, Pink Floyd, and other extreme rock shows. This performance rates in my top 10 shows of all time!!! Great time from beginning to end. To all who may read this: Do not miss "ABBA THE CONCERT" in the future. You will miss out on a great show!
I think the music was amazing...the costumes were age appropriate...the song selection was fantastic! I truly enjoyed MOST of the show. The only thing I didn't like was the sometimes unprofessional behavior of the performers on stage. Most of this was fostered by the stage assistant in the wings who was trying to make gestures to get the guitar player to laugh. It was unfortunate that I was sitting close enough and at an angle where I could see this because it just seemed like the guitar player at times was not being professional. I'm all for a good time, and I'm glad I had one, but there is a line that should not be crossed. Anyway, I would go and see it again. I've waited two years to see this show, and it did not disappoint me.
Absolutely a must see if it's in your area. Outstanding performance by all members. The saxophone & bass player were from the original ABBA group. Both lead singers did a fantastic job duplicating the original ABBA hits.
