the breeders are and will continue to be one of the legendary bands of the 90's they continue to push the boundary with the way they play their music ..they definitely be inducted into the Hall of Fame

The Breeders are one of my favorite bands, and they put on a great show. Kim and Kelly engaged in friendly banter throughout the show and I felt like I was in a much more intimate setting than a big hall. The sense of relaxed affect and great musicianship that Kim and her band-mates put forth made this a show I will always remember fondly. Excellent!!
I thought the show was fantastic..but i have to be honest, i've never seen a smaller crowd in my entire life..I almost felt like it was a private show! But Kim and Kelly sounded great and they were tight..love this band!

If any band could fill this space with their sound, it was the Breeders. The new album is absolutely magical, an epic, sonic force. Get it, and see them live. 5 star band, both on and off the stage. 10/10 would see them again and again.
It was amazing to see them live for the first time. They still sound great. My only complaint-2 warm up bands and they didn't come on until 11pm- kinda late for moi.
Great show, a mix of their older and newer sets. The sound system wasn't tuned to its best effect for any of the performers and The Fillmore does not allow videos to be taken. Still photos are allowed. Drinks are $4.50 (soft) to $14+ (mixed); food is very limited but available. The staff are exemplary and security is flawless. Nearby parking is about $9 for the evening.
They played Last Splash and Pod straight through. They were tight and it sounded great. I really do think Last Splash holds up incredibly well after 20 years.
The Breeders gave an unbelievable performance! I hope it leads to a new project.
What's not to like? Kim, Kelley, Josephine & Jim, the lineup from the band's breakthrough 1993 album "Last Splash" playing that album in its entirety. And if that wasn't enough, they topped it off with a 30 minute encore with their first album "Pod". Kim's voice is still as good now as it was 20 years ago. Her & Kelley's guitar work was top notch, Josephine Wiggs' bass & Jim McPherson's drum anchor the songs (Josephine went behind the drums for "Roi," like she did on the album...had no clue!). Loved the twins' banter with the crowd (Kim kept asking us if we were doing alright, in the sincerest way possible) and each other. They seemed genuinely excited to play for us, on the last night of the tour, and we were head-over-heels for them. Kim & Kelley Deal are like the cool older cousins you always wished you had.
Fantastic show, great view, movie star parking, ridiculously awesome concert.
Bad acoustics coupled with songs that sounded the same for the most part.

You know you are witnessing one of great moment of rock'n roll when the Breeders start playing Happiness is a Warm Gun. Outstanding.
Last Splash and Pod were played in their entirety, every song in order. Band was tight, some songs were not mixed properly, but others were even better than on the album, like Divine Hammer for instance. Speedy Ortiz was a great find.
