The Big 4 Tickets

Title says it all. Most epic metal concert I've been too. Every band totally killed it

Weather was great. Only downlow were the eternal lines to enter, get a beer, food or merchandise. Restrooms were not an issue. ANTHRAX: They were just happy to be there. Played all their classics and even dared to test a new song. They defintely made the most out of the opportunity. MEGADETH: They had some sound issues and Mustaine's voice can't hold the high notes anymore. Other than that they are really good musicians and also played their classics. SLAYER: If Tom Araya and Jeff Hanneman were as healthy as Kerry King and Dave Lombardo, they would have stolen the show completely. Actually JH just played on the last two songs because of an illness that is affecting him. The fill-in guitarist was pretty good though. People went nuts with Slayer, thrashing, slam dancing and pit moshing. They had non interaction with the crowd other than saying "thank you" and "good night". Setlist was excellent also. METALLICA: Truly the masters of the night. The gracious hosts. Gave everything as always. Even Kirk Hammet was into it. Setlist was flawless. They even played Orion only for the 34th time live according to setlist.fm

Slayer rocked it, stole the show. Megadeth another SOLID performance. Anthrax WAR DANCE!!! Metallica, super sloppy.. this was the big 3.5!!! Maybe they should let people online vote for songs for the set list. Everyone around us wanted to hear Kill 'em All not Sandman and Unforgiven or that noise that I dont even know wtf it is. Seriously save the garbage for the fans that arent real metalheads.

Nothing could compare to The Big 4 Festival, If you're a metal head you know about these 4 Bands. Anthrax was a thrilling and exhilarating opening act. Playing "Caught in a Mosh" and "Antisocial" and ending with "I am the Law". Next was Megadeth. Every song they played was amazing. Dave Mustaine and Chris Broderick kept on trading solos throughout their set. When Slayer came up everyone was expecting everyone to Mosh and thats what happened. As soon as the first notes to "Raining Blood" the crowd went nuts their set was probably one of the best they've played. Last but not least was Metallica. What most people were there to see. As soon as "The Ecstacy of Gold" played chills went down my spine and I'm sure they went down every one of the 50,000 people that were there. They opened with "Creeping Death" and I can still hear the fans screaming "DIE, DIE, DIE". Metallica played their best show. None of the songs were from the Later 90's or Early 00. All were classics, and that was what this concert was a classic, one for the ages.

What an awsome day for metal heads! Everybody brought their A game as far as set lists go. America needs a big metal festival EVERY YEAR!!!! Do this again with more bands.

Other than the screw up with my tickets never being sent, this was an amazing concert. Too bad they are not going to be any other shows in the USA for others too enjoy.

This was the best concert of my life...in fact, it wasn't a concert, it was an experience! EPIC!!!! If they every do anything like this, you need to go! I feel like I can die in peace now! lol ;D \m/

Just an amazing time, The Big 4, good food, and 50,000 people all enjoying real metal. Only con of this trip was trying to find my car after the show! If they do more shows across the US I'll be at all of them.

I'm a Metallica freak so I'm biased, but this show was fantastic! Getting from the freeway to the parking lot took forever- but otherwise the event was well organized. sound was amazing all over the field, and due to strategic barriers, even though it it seemed like the entire population of California was there, I never felt pressed in or crushed by the croud. The start and stop times for each band were posted, and th show ran right on schedule. It was an amazing experience! Kudos to the event staff for making everything run so smoothly

All of the performers were fantastic, except that Anthrax called us Indigo (as opposed to Indio). Bad form.

There were some rude dudes in the crowd being overly persistent but to be expected,. The gig was amazing and the vibe was stellar. It was a well organized event.

They all played theyre hearts out. One of the best shows ive ever seen.

The Best Time I Had In A Long Time. All four equally awesome.

Concert was unforgettable. Best Metallica performance in years. Sound was great, pyro was cool, people were awesome. \m/ \m/ ROCK.

All the bands were really good and the energy at the show was great. Slayer came on right at sundown and the crowd went nuts right away. Metallica has the best performance in terms of showmanship but Slayer got the crowd going like nobody else.

Metallica was awesome, as always! They just keep getting better and better.

I was there to see Metallica and they really put on an excellent show!! The other bands were good but Metallica made the show unforgettable!!!

VIP tickets were worth the cost! Every band was outstanding. The atmosphere was AMAZING.

Stoked! Best metal show I have ever been to! This was the only US concert for the Big 4 and we got to see them in PS!
