    Very Interesting, Informative Tour

by Debi on 6/15/23Madison Square Garden - New York

I am so glad I did this tour! There is so much historical memorabilia on the walls of this iconic venue and the host gives you time to take pictures along the way. We visited two of the VIP accommodations for viewing the events. They explained some of the details for changing events from hockey, to basketball, to concerts, etc. extremely fascinating to me. I definitely would recommend this tour.

    A little disappointed..but overall ok

by K. H. on 6/6/23Madison Square Garden - New York

I have been on this tour numerous times with great success. It seems they have increased the price and have now given you less. In the past, you almost always met someone special and saw locker rooms; they barely mentioned the NYR. Sadly, I was very disappointed in my past tour to say the least and it was so expensive.

    Dream come true

by Patrick Ewing on 5/26/23Madison Square Garden - New York

Good overall tour of the garden. 42yrs in the making. Travelled from Australia to see it. It would have been nice to go into the dressing room.

    Disappointed

by George on 4/14/23Madison Square Garden - New York

I couldn’t see the locker room during the tour. In that case price should be more cheaper.

Good guide, tour was rushed & isnt all access.

    by Mag on 4/10/23

This tour was a rushed overview of the stadium it was nice to see it but not worth the money, for what we saw 20 dollars would have been sufficient. This isn't all access as changing rooms are not included. We could barely hear the guide on level 2 due to music being too loud. The guide was friendly and engaging but the tour felt very disorganised bringing us to one side of the stadium to march us back to the other due to filming taking place. We felt very rushed and in the way. I wouldn't recommend!

Nice Overview, but not very surprising

by Nic on 3/20/23Madison Square Garden - New York

I attended the "All Access"-Tour at Madison Square Garden and it was informative, but I hoped to see more "behind the scenes". We saw the concourse which you also see as a regular visitor and we heard some stories about the greatest Events. After that we were able to see a VIP lounge, which was cool and visited the balcony area. At the end we visited some kind of VIP area, which obviously doesn't look so "VIP" when it is empty. I thought we would see more technical stuff behind the curtains ans maybe also the Backstage areas to get more of the "Access all areas" vibe. The Tour was cool, but I just expected a bit mire insight.

Great guide, good tour, no changing rooms

by CD on 2/20/23Madison Square Garden - New York

Really informative and energetic guide. Shame the changing rooms were not included in the “access all areas”!

Not worth the money or time

by Ned on 1/30/23Madison Square Garden - New York

Disappointed in the tour. The only reason this is not getting a single 1 star rating is because the guide himself was great. There is nothing “all access” about the tour, you’re guided through the general concourses that an ordinary ticket holder would have access to. Not worth the $40 nor the hour you spend listening about the prior events that happened at the garden. Guide stated no locker room tours take place anymore due to player association agreements.

    Not much of a tour

by Colin on 1/9/23Madison Square Garden - New York

The tour content was what you would see if your attended any event at MSG, minus the event. We mostly looked at photos of various performers and didn’t see locker rooms or other backstage areas. Surely the history of MSG is more interesting than the revenue totals from the biggest performers.

    Just okay

by Dana on 1/9/23Madison Square Garden - New York

The tour’s title was slightly misleading. It is called “All Access”, but you basically make your way up to each level of the stadium, hear about some history, and see the view from each level. You do not see the locker room or any area you couldn’t access by buying a ticket to an event here. It was a slight disappointment.

    All access tour

by Anonomous on 1/8/23Madison Square Garden - New York

The tour guide was great but the overall experience was missing more access to areas the average person will never see. I wanted to see the players locker rooms and walk around the bowels of the courtside areas like the celebrities do. The hulu theatre backstage areas too. This should be told ahead of time before tour starts to give people the option of asking for their money back. It is not fair for people to pay $40 for a ticket and get 60 percent of the experience. The tour was suppose to be an hour and it only lasted about 45 minutes too. I went in excited and left disappointed. The tour guide was great though she was very informative i'm sure she was just following the orders from management tononly show approved areas for the day. You guys need to redo the "all access" tour because it really ain't.

    Wish there was more

by John L on 1/8/23Madison Square Garden - New York

I’ve been on the tour before but this time I took a friend whose never been before. I was disappointed that on The Bridges they no long did the 3D video with pieces of MSG action (Rangers,Knicks, Billy Joel) and it’s understandable that MSG had an event so there was no locker room access.

    Would not recommend this tour

by NYR fan on 12/29/22Madison Square Garden - New York

I bought 5 tickets to the all access tour for my family as part of a Christmas gift , for Dec 26 @ 11 am. Our ages range from 8-70. We were all extremely excited to take this tour. Driving from Ocean County NJ, we have visited MSG attending games, concerts and events for years. Our tour guide’s name began with a P ( we believe ) and while he was very friendly and energetic, not one of us could understand what he was saying the majority of the time due to a heavy accent. He also spoke very fast. MSG History and anecdotes were lost on us. We smiled at times when he laughed because we took it as a cue that something he said was funny. “Full access “ is very misleading. It should be titled “ Regular Access”. Our guide did show us a room where beer kegs are stored and a suite. When I booked the tour the Garden said no events were scheduled and I knew no Rangers or Knicks games were scheduled that day. When we arrived on the 26th, we saw that a wrestling event would keep us from the locker rooms but was there no way to be down on the lower level closer to the ice/court side, see the Zamboni , or where the teams would enter the Garden ?? Something for the money we paid other than what we see when we are there for a game? We love MSG with its history and glory and always look at and admire the pictures and banners. I read reviews of tours lasting an hour and a half. Our tour wasn’t even an hour. One positive was the tour was limited to a small group.

    Not so Msg

by Krock on 12/29/22Madison Square Garden - New York

If your looking to so behind the scenes tour this is not it. This just gets you in the building walking around and seeing stuff you would if you had tickets to anything. You basically get a wikkipeda tour with out any people in your way to read the signage in the building.

    Below Average

by NBA Fan on 12/24/22Madison Square Garden - New York

I was looking forward to this tour but it was awful. Ten minutes of the hour long tour was spent on a bathroom break. It was 25 minutes into the tour before we even saw inside of the actual arena. The majority of the tour was spent going around the concourse and talking about the little historical displays. Those can be seen at a game so save your money. And to top it off, you couldn’t take photos of the court because the dance team was practicing. To end the tour our tour guide took us down to the court and huddled us all together like a bunch of cattle in the corner of one of the court entrances behind a rope. We couldn’t even get a picture on the court. For the price of the tour that should 100% be an option. While down there our tour guide unnecessarily called out a young kid for taking a picture of the court because you know, the practicing dance team. I’ve been on a lot of stadium tours and this was the worst.
