Unlike other '80s metal bands, Testament’s fan base hasn't diminished with the accumulation of years. In fact, when Testament dropped "Dark Roots of Earth" in 2012, the disc entered the Billboard 200 at No. 12, the highest chart position the band has seen in its career. As every ticket holder in the metal underground knows, Testament concerts are built on furious riffs and aggressive harmonies. In fact, Testament became known for their virtuosic control and melodic crunch, an approach to thrash metal that set them apart from their contemporaries, many of whom just wanted to play as fast and as loud as possible on tour. In a 30-year career that has featured 10 studio albums, four live albums, six compilations and 1.4 million records sold in the U.S., Testament continue to play fast and hard, touring all over the world with bands like Judas Priest, Anthrax, Megadeth, Exodus and Lamb of God.
What an incredible show! Testament remains one of the most dynamic thrash metal bands of all time. They not only delivered an amazing concert experience but were super-funny on stage in between songs as they told stories about the band, how certain songs got composed, etc. I'll try to see them again in the future (it was already my third time)!
The band performed great and will see them whenever they tour the Mid Atlantic again!
Hollywood Casino at Charlestown WV is a great room!! Very well run. Lots of room. Bar available in the room..no need to leave the show. Testament was on fire as usual. New drummer didn't miss a beat and the rest of the boys were on point as usual. I hope charlestown runs more metal and hard rock shows as us metal heads showed we can have a rocking time and be respectful. I didnt see 1 single incident that warranted concern.
9th time seeing Testament and first time hearing Legacy/New Order front to back was definitely an experience I wont forget! Great performance and sound will see them again for sure!
It was my first time at this venue and I was very impressed with the acoustics and atmosphere. The band was also at their best. Great experience.

It was a great show. Testament played their 1st and 2nd albums. I never got the chance to see them play these songs back in the 80s. It was great to see it now. Catch them live if you can.
What to say it was amazing the line up was amazing the set ups were great bars were close and the beer was priced well can’t wait till next time
This was a much needed escape and my friends and I had a blast. My back was hurting at the end due to my old bones 😅. But definitely a fun experience.
Fear Factory and Machine Head sounded great and put on a great show.
Testament is one of the best bands in trash metal they still play with all the passion all the members are in great shape and play so good.
Have seen Testament many times over the years in a few different states. They never disappoint. Eric and Alex are some of the most talented guitarists out there. Haven’t seen them since Gene left but I’m sure they’re still excellent.
Positives Like the venue Love that they had a lot of Bar Tenders. Bottom less popcorn The bands played great. Negatives. Big one. They sounded horrible. It was like everything was turned up as loud as it could go. Lots of distortion or something. The first band Death Angel sounded good. I left early cause it wasn’t enjoyable.
Going in was a smooth process a lot various bars all around with minimum wait lines. Would definitely attend a future event at the Wiltern.
My cousin and I had a blast! Everyone was super cool, parking was reasonable and convenient. Aside from long merch line, it was a Excellent Show!
Death Angel was amazing and super cool unfortunately due to different time circumstances I didn't see a lot of their performance. Exodus had a lot of energy and volume and added more surprise to the show because they hyped up the audience pretty well and they were interactive with the crowd and made people go crazy! Testament was super loud and they had a lot of energy! The setlist was great and they really hyped up the crowd.
Good guitar players lineup and they give out their best. My only concerned is I hardly hear the voice from microphone.
Exelent line up,3 of the best bands from the trash metal community Testament,Exodus and Death Angel,I have the opportunity to watch them three times on this tour and I’m feeling good.
