Tessa really knows how to put on a show -- great energy, really positive and engaging crowd interaction, good audience participation, and, of course, really solid music. The drummer was an unexpected treat -- she was really good! And the opener (UPSAHL) was great. Would see again!
Tessa is an absolutely ELECTRIC performer. Her music is even better to listen to live, and she's got a fantastic personality when interacting with the audience. The venue was small, but that only heightened the intensity of the experience. If you haven't seen her live, go do it as soon as possible!

Tessa Violet has always been one of those artists that I say you have to see live. Even if you like her music via radio or YouTube, it’s a whole ‘nother level of good in person! The production of the show was another big factor in that: the set, the lights, the smoke—all fantastic. And the vibes create a really cool energy between the audience members. Performance aside, I’d also like to complement The Basement for their organized and thorough safety measures and the kindness of their staff. All around, a great night!
