This convention gets better every year! Great celebs, comic writers and artists, short lines, loads of merch, great panels and more! Staff is pleasant, and Mohegan Sun provides an excellent venue. My only complaint: needs new judges for the cosplay contest…Disney Princesses should not take 1st, 2nd, AND 3rd place in ANY year at a ComicCon.
Wonderful show! what a true comic con should be! So many comic book creators, celebrities, and vendors. Very well organized and a whole lot of fun even if you go for the day! Highly recommend checking out this show!
Kids love dressing up and feeling they just walked through a portal, looking at the collectibles and artist drawings there favorite characters.
Great venue for this. Lots of room to roam around. Long lineups. As with most Cons, you miss panels and autographs by being 3 hours in line for 1 autograph.
Loved meeting all the celebrities. Lots of great vendors with all sorts of different merchandise. It was really fun just to people watch with all the cosplay going on. Hoping to go next year!!
Good time with the family and experience is wonderful
Everything is very organized and the people are very friendly. Been going for a few years and keeps getting better and better.
Very good experience. Stinks that next year our son won’t be free, but I get that the price of everything is higher now. Would still go back!
For a "small"comicon had excellent selection of Guests, Artists, Comics & Merchandise (great convention pin but they need a summer mesh ball cap!)
When I saw the prices online that artists were charging for sketches, I decided not to go at all. This isn’t San Diego or New York City, and artists need to get that message. Next year I will not buy a ticket in advance.
The Terrificon team did an amazing job this year. They do a great job every year but this year it was off the chain. Having Chris Clement and Arthur Adams, and all the other creators was amazing. It was a huge crowd, but everyone was having a great time. this is my favorite con of the year. And great to see all the whatnot sellers, very Gary, Erod, and Epic. Terrific and just gets better and better each year and I can’t wait for the next one. Thank you Mitch
This event was very well run. The line to get in went quickly. The dealers on the floor were professional and nice to talk to. I enjoyed speaking with some of my favorite comic book artists from the past. Most importantly, there were a lot of people there but it didn't feel that way. It was *fun*. Kudos to the management team for their usual excellent production. Thanks for the hard work to put it all together. Looking forward to next year!
Had a great time! Comics people were friendly! The waiting lines were reasonable! Prices were ok. I definitely needed to bring more cash, but happy with my purchases (autographs signatures).
I was unable to enter the venue because they closed half an hour early. I purchased my ticket the day of the event because it had been advertised as opening at 7 pm. I still haven't recieved a refund. I am very disappointed in the way that I was treated at the door, that I was able to purchase the ticket 2 hours before the doors closed, and that I have been blown off by anyone involved.
We had a great time. The actors that we got pictures with were really really nice. We got to meet some new artist talents. Was a really good show this year.
Mohegan put on a solid con! attend every year, always well done with great guests/vendors
We had a wonderful time at Terrificon! Tons of great vendors and lots to see. Even though it was very busy, it never felt overly crowded or claustrophobic. Looking forward to going next year!
This place was amazing i found something I've been looking for 2yrs and found here for a great price also
It seemed that there were fewer vendors this year than the last few before the pandemic, prices were also higher, a good portion of the items cpuld be found online or at stores for 1/4 - 1/3 cheaper. Last time i went i spent at least 5 hours looking at everything, this year not even 2 hours.
This years Terrificon was an excellent experience. The panels were enjoyable and informative, the show floor had more vendors and artists available then before, and they had a good number of guests for autographs. There was also a good mix in the vendors with comics, collectibles, and retro video games. I'm looking forward to next year's con.
