Took us 40 minutes to get into selling floor after our scheduled time. we had been in line 15-20 minutes before our scheduled time. So many people hard to see what was for sale. Two and three people deep. Check out line wait wasn’t too bad and cashiers were very efficient.
I was very disappointed this year. We went to the first session and immediately had issues with tickets. There was not the hype and excitement nor “fire works” upon the count down to opening doors . They ran out of things they should not have. They had way way way to many small sizes in as apparel, very upset.
This event was very well organized. What I did not like was that it was all final sales. You can get the same deals of 70% off at the outlet stores, and return there. Once I got home, there were some items I did not like. Employees were nice too.
Very organized, workers were very helpful. The only disappointment was there weren’t signs describing what was on each table so needed to find tag on item which is usually on the inside of the bag. There were signs all over stating the percentage off. I have always enjoyed the sale
Would love to hold back specials for each day of sale! Very helpful staff and very friendly and courteous! Will come back with more new people and more money. Keep bargains going. Maybe move it up during year and not week of Father’s day weekend
Too many people for each session. I was unable to even get near some of the items due to so many people. I think a smaller number of people per session is better, and spread it out a few more days if need be to accomplish this. Even though there are a lot of checkouts and it seems well organized to checkout, I still was in line over an hour to check out. Again, smaller number allowed each session may make this better. My group's session was for 12s.m. but we didn't get in till after 11:30 due to 1rst group running behind, again probably because too many people per group. This may very well be my last time doing this sale. I am handicapped and it was a very tiring experience this time with the lines and the people. Maybe a handicap only session should be considered.
Tickets were on my phone. Easy to pull up and scan at event. Event was fantastic. Can’t wait for next year.
It was well organized and the merchandise had a great selection. 50-80% with extra discounts for early ticket purchase. Loved it.
Very disappointed. Not many types of purses. Alot of the same prints. Not the variety we are used too at the sale. I preferred when prices where on display verses a percentage off posted. Zero plus size clothing. Only xtra small and small. Workers at the coliseum where dis organized and didn’t see to know what they were doing. Vera employees were good.
I can get just as good a deal at the outlet mall stores. Without an hour waiting to get in and another hour to check out.
