We did not stay the entire game because the seating was terrible on deck 4A they could easily have folded chairs for people if they needed them for future use but no. They should have an option if you have that area to sit in empty seat in the stadium part of the park.very disappointing with the price and experience.
Great venue to take the family. A lot packed into this facility. Clean, well organized layout. Stadium staff, vendors you name it, First Class!
Great game, helpful staff, beautiful ball park! We had a wonderful time and the Raniers won!
First off, beautiful day for baseball. I enjoy the Staff at the stadium, they get the crowd involved & that’s so cool. We didn’t win, but enjoyed the game!! Love my baseball 💜
Had not been to Cheny Stadium in many years but took a large family group to check it out. Good news is ticket prices are fair and stadium has been upgraded. Bad news is experience is ruined by extremely high prices at all the concession stands. Prepare to pay high prices for any food or drink items. Do not plan to return.
I had a great time watching the Sacramento River Cats beat the Tacoma Rainiers what a great series ,seeing 2 opponent's from the same division square off for some exciting baseball. The weather was nice,beer was good and the food even better...!!
Everything was great. We had a great time. I would say the hot dog that came with our ticket is still questionable if what meat it was. I’d upgrade that! But everything else was great!
This event was Breast cancer awareness and fundraiser. It was pink from the time you walked in the stadium to the players. There was a lot of excitement in the air. The host, Rhubarb and helpers are always energetic and makes it fun. Couple suggestions, hummus platter and different types of salads.
Seats were great. The Staff was helpful. With such a low price for the tickets I was able to get my children more memorabilia to take home.
Had a great night out with the family, the only complaint was that i purchased fast track Friday tickets forca dollar more each ticket and when i got to the stadium they didn't know what i was talking about and said i should have gotten some kind of voucher or conformation
Great stadium, fun event, awesome fireworks after the game on Fridays.
Purchasing, downloading and using the mobile tickets for a Rainiers game was straightforward and easy. We had a great time at Cheney Stadium- seriously not a bad seat in the house. We went to the game to see newly promoted Jake Fraley who of course went 0 for 5 w 4 strikeouts haha!
We enjoyed a fantastic game--along with a spectacular fireworks display--at Cheney Stadium. Unfortunately, they seem to think that most people need to be entertained, rather than simply enjoying a baseball game. The sound system was far too loud and there were continual, endless distractions from the game itself--a 13-10 victory for the Rainiers that was plenty of entertainment in and of itself.
The game was good and fireworks were great as always. I was very disappointed in the lack of patriotic music that was played. For Cinco de Mayo, according to a coworker, non stop latin music was played for the 1st 3 innings at least. They left after the 3rd inning because of the overall bad experince they were having. For a game celebrating the 4th of July there was 1 patriotic song sung by the sweet adelines, which was excellent and 1 song played of Lee Greenwood. I was very disappointed. This was much different from July 3rd games we`ve gone to in the past.
The game itself was good, as we came through in the end and won. BUT we were expecting more for the atmosphere of it being the July 3rd game. We’ve been going for the past 2 years and there has always been tons of entertainment and music, but it was minimal to say the least. And way less fireworks as well. Maybe there were budget cuts this year? It seemed like just another game day, when the last two years seemed to be a big event on July 3rd. It was still fun, but not like it was in the past.
The baseball game was exciting. We were glad the Rainiers won. The fireworks show afterwards was disappointing. The music was too loud and no patriotic songs were played during the fireworks show. After the fireworks when people were pouring out of the stadium, the lights did not go on. I know a few people who tripped over a step because they couldn't see.
Was so excited to go see another game bit sadly our experience was soured by a huge group behind us who was there to socialize and discuss their personal issues very loudly. It was so hard to watch the game or converse with my guests as they could not hear me over them.
Rainiers Won! Great seats! Saw Mount Rainier, and drank a lot of Refreshing Rainier Beer!
Safe entry at the gates with a kind and courteous Security Team and Ushers; Viewed the wide selection of Good food and decided on burgers and hot dogs, Burgers were tasty; unfortunately, the Tacoma Rainiers lost but there were plenty of foul balls safely landing (hint: bring your baseball glove); and oohh, those precision moves and entertainment provided by the Song and Dance teams; and of course, Rhubarb the mascot. Can't wait to get back there!
Great time! Got a complimentary ball cap and vouchers for free food with the tickets and the baseball game was fun to watch!
