  • Heart Moving!!!

    by Tree0568 on 3/28/16Detroit Opera House - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

I had been wanting to see this play for years and finally got a chance to go see it. At first it started out kind of slow for me, the songs were quite long, but when it got to the crucifixion of Jesus it was as if I was literally there witnessing my Christ being crucified!

  • Perilous Times was inspiring

    by Willis15 on 3/28/16Detroit Opera House - DetroitRating: 4 out of 5

I really enjoyed the play. The acting was great. However, the changing between scences needs some work. Didn't appear to be enough people taking care of this task. Music and singing was outstanding.

  • Play

This play is a must see. Opera House Needs to upgrade sound system. The sound system is very bad. This was no reflection on the play.

  • Not impressed with Perilous Times

    by Sparkle55 on 4/23/14Music Hall Center - DetroitRating: 1 out of 5

The play/musical was confusing and I didn't understand how the main character met up with parents in biblical times at the end.

by SpoonieGirl on 4/20/14Music Hall Center - DetroitRating: 1 out of 5

Very disappointing. The play was extremely long and there was no flow to the story. I left the theatre still wondering what it was about. Don't waste your money.

  • AWESOME

by GENDEU1 on 12/13/11Times Union Ctr Perf Arts Moran Theater - JacksonvilleRating: 5 out of 5

First, this was my first time attending a live play. Never could find myself wanting to go. My wife suggested that we go, I got the tickets. Knew nothing about the play or who was in it. This was an awesone presentation. Pastor William Murphy was awesome as was the other characters. I would pay to see this presentation again and again and again. This was truly a gospel presentation. No profanity or hints of it.

  • Perilous Times

by Getsonette on 12/11/11Times Union Ctr Perf Arts Moran Theater - JacksonvilleRating: 1 out of 5

Horrible. Long. Awful. Went this year based on last year's show, but this was all over the place. Did not want to see the Passion of the Christ.

  • Totally unprofessional and not properly rehearsed

by Rogerjwjr on 12/11/11Times Union Ctr Perf Arts Moran Theater - JacksonvilleRating: 1 out of 5

It was definitely a disrespect to the people that paid over $100 to see this crap. The play did not have any substance it was every where. The play had everything from guns, drug dealers, homo sexual kings and Jesus. Now how does any of this match? I was totally disappointed in the overall performance, this play was not properly rehearsed. This was awful! I would love a refund I think I deserve it. This was a total ripoff!!!!

  • Perilous Times II was boring

by Tony5463 on 12/11/11Times Union Ctr Perf Arts Moran Theater - JacksonvilleRating: 1 out of 5

The play did not start on time; started 7:45 pm should have started at 7:30 pm. Play was 3 1/2 hours long (TOO LONG); the back in the day Egypt screen was a little over the top and too long. Did not enjoy this play.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this play. It had just the right combination of characters and the music was great. William Murphy's part was perfectly cast and he played his role perfectly. A totally great job by all!

The play was very graphic. I enjoyed the content and characters. I will visit the sponsor churchs.
