I go to a hockey game to watch a sport not to listen to blaring music. Tone it down or people my age won't be back. Some music is nice but at that level you can't enjoy a conversation. Other than that the seats were good, the team played well, and most everything else was nice (the concessions could use some more help to speed up service).
Easy to get to, great covered and uncovered parking facilities. Clean venue, well lighted and there's not a bad seat in the house. We've been to this venue more than once and I'd recommend the Crunch Club Level (middle level) for a great overall view of the entire ice surface. Or... sit behind the goal in the area of Sections 14/15 which the home team Crunch attacks twice (1st & 3rd period). This is really a lot of entertainment for the $$ in my opinion.
Rude fans, with lot of profanity, especially by the Syracuse Univ students in the crowd.
Frendly staff show the fans a good time. My grandkids said the best game they have attended. Level of play was great, alot of energy.
The game was a blast. Great play making, good hitting, fast paced.
