    Great but unorganized

    by c. R. on 4/23/23Footprint Center - Phoenix

Seemed like a lot of workers couldn’t answer questions. Couldn’t on the app an all phones of my fams. Problems all around hearing any interviews. Was extremely happy to see my team CHIEFS all on stage but would have liked to have heard more. Just seemed unorganized. Bummer

    Opening night

by Ceci on 2/10/23Footprint Center - Phoenix

It wasn't what i expected, football players were being interviewed. We could'nt get close enough to take pictures, i am a grandmother raising 5 grandchildren children, who were excited to meet players close up and didn't. There was nothing fun for children to do. Food and drinks were too expensive for me to buy for all the grandchildren.

    Was alright

    by L. S. on 2/10/23Footprint Center - Phoenix

It was ok...I was expecting more, guess I didn't read the whole info but it was nice to see the players from a distance. I expected a little more interaction. Parts of the speaches were a bit boring, again it was alright tho.

    Interesting, but not amazing

by Troy on 2/9/23Footprint Center - Phoenix

Didn't know what to think going into this being our first time going to an "opening night". The opening games played with select fans were fairly unexciting. One team was brought out and and some of them went to their booths for interviews. You could listen to them on your phone, otherwise just kind of sat there with no idea what was being asked/answered. Eventually they started sharing some of the audio in the arena. Just seemed a little random and kind of a boring hour while each had their media time. The couple interviews done for the live guests were good. Not sure I would be in a hurry to attend again. $20 ticket price were appropriate for the event.

    Incredible experience

by Matt K on 2/9/23Footprint Center - Phoenix

Loved the Super Bowl Opening Night event. Great energy in there seeing both teams and listening in to their interviews. I went with my son and the two of us enjoyed all that was offered and stayed the whole time. Would love to see more opportunities to get players autographs but in the end, seeing our favorite team, the Chiefs, out there on the stage was the highlight.

Great experience - only a few issues

    by Legendary49 on 2/9/23Footprint Center - Phoenix

Overall this was an amazing experience. If it was my favorite team I would of been so excited to be able to go. Issues I had with the event was no a lot of directions or information before had or once there. We had to just keep asking what's this line for, what are the different events things we can do? Staff was friendly and helpful. Other negative was cost of everything, I have been to events (Arizona Cardinals and Suns games) but the prices here and at the NFL experience were crazy! Almost $20 for a draft beer. Was great time overall

    Terrible. Couldn’t find seats

by AJ on 2/9/23Footprint Center - Phoenix

Very crowded. We couldn’t find seats. Very disappointing showing up for this Eve snd not being able to enjoy it because there was not seating. It appear as if they sold more tickets than actual seats available. Many sections not open for seating. Very poorly run event.

    Superbowl Opening Night

by Football Fan on 2/9/23Footprint Center - Phoenix

It was hard to see the interviews you wanted to see. The app worked well for the audio. The food prices were insane. Parking was convenient and not too badly priced.

    Opening Night for Super Bowl

by JVal on 2/9/23Footprint Center - Phoenix

Over all it was a great night. Ran well and went pretty smooth. On the down side the way they handked getting an autograph with the mess of going to section 8, then getting back to your seat was terrible! Also tge venue was freezing!

    Was a fun night

by Chiefsfanoboz on 2/9/23Footprint Center - Phoenix

Go in not knowing anything was kinda hard. A lot of lines not able to tell what they were for. No clear instructions on how to get autographs or to talk to the players. I had headphones to be able to hear the players but couldn’t hear the questions that were being asked. But over all was glad I was there.

    Not enough info provided

by Nitty on 2/9/23Footprint Center - Phoenix

Paid extra to get a better experience. Was disappointed when I arrived and got what the GA $10.00 ticket holder’s received. Love technologies and the ability to use my phone to enter. Did not receive a bracelet or anything to identify that I was entitled to anything extra for my extra charge. So disappointed.

OMG! This was my first time ever to see something so exciting. My Grandson and I was so amazed to be that close up to the NFL stars. I loved every moment of it.

    Tourist Trap

by The Dad on 2/9/23Footprint Center - Phoenix

Not that it was anything bad just the whole experience was built to nickel and dime you on petty stuff like super bowl branded merch or food
