    Autograph Lines

by Kam on 2/15/24Mandalay Bay South Convention Center - NFL - Las Vegas

Lined up for Zack moss and Darren Waller. No show for autographs. Wasted 2hrs in line with dj's stalling for time for players to show. Got autograph from a DT for the Bears. Waste of time. All other events at the center were between 1-3 hr long wait. Picture with lombardi trophy 6+ hrs long. Would not attend again. How hard is it for a player to show up on time like the fans do a sign autographs for an hour.

    Fun but chaotic

by Ara on 2/14/24Mandalay Bay South Convention Center - NFL - Las Vegas

I bought ticket for myself and my nephews. Had never been to an event like this, but my husband has in other SB cities. Too many people allowed in the space at one time. Very long lines for most "experiences."Also, parking was a nightmare, and more expensive than the experience itself!

    Fun and exciting

by nettiegrl on 2/14/24Mandalay Bay South Convention Center - NFL - Las Vegas

The Experience was well organized but the NFL one pass App was a bit difficult to navigate. We were not the only ones to feel this way. While there were some excellent things for older adults, without children in tow, to do we felt this was really geared toward families with children that paid for the "extra"pass option. We did enjoy the Superbowl Ring display but the line should have had more guidance as to how long you could take to view each ring. Also the team helmets should have been slowly rotating so you could see every side while waiting in the slow moving line. Also the App QR codes were not easily located and we helped out a number of people with where to find codes. While we did score one small prize we had just gotten out of the event, after four hours, and then our phone got a message to get another prize. This was impossible to do since we had already left the venue. We felt that was very disappointing and wonder what we missed out on?!

    Super Bowl

by Eric on 2/14/24Mandalay Bay South Convention Center - NFL - Las Vegas

I understand that it is the Super Bowl but the nfl did not plan the fan experience very well. There was plenty of things to do and see but the lines were way too long. They could have planned better for the amount of fans that would attend and help usher lines better. It took way too long for anything. Took away from the experience. Showed to me the nfl is more about money than the fans.

Potential for fun but too crowded!

by MD on 2/14/24Mandalay Bay South Convention Center - NFL - Las Vegas

There are some fun activities (Draft Day jersey photo, kicking and throwing contests) but the lines became way too long in the afternoon. They need to limit the amount of attendees by the hour. It was literally a non-stop stream of people coming in. There were no staff available to answer questions about the posted events. It was difficult to see the players who were signing, especially Joe Montana. Ridiculously, he was not at an elevated desk and no tv monitors showing him. So people crowded around (some dangerously standing on tables by the bar) and it was impossible to even catch a glimpse of him. We lined up two hours prior to his appearance but could not meet him. Staff needs to do a headcount and then cut the line so people don't waste hours hopelessly waiting. Even after staff they finally came out to tell people that there were no more signing slots available, they did not stay there or post a sign notifying everyone else who came later. So after the initial announcement, the staff left and then a new long line formed and again people waited hours not knowing that they had no chance for the meet & greet. The crowds also made it impossible to see the Lombardi trophy or the Championship rings. There should be more museum-like exhibits about the history of the NFL or educational areas about game strategy that you could casually stroll through and learn more about the game. The NFL Onepass app stated that if you did activities and scanned badges for the activities that you could redeem a prize. It didn't state that it was a LOTTERY to redeem a prize. Three of us spent 5 hours and walked the entire convention center to collect all of the badges (over 30 of them) only to go to the redemption desk and be told that we didn't win anything. C'mon NFL--give away SOMETHING! A keychain or a keepsake small trinket? Even a sticker of the Super Bowl teams would make the kids happy. That was disappointing. Also, please allow water to be taken in! With running activities and lots of walking, kids need to stay hydrated. The potential is there to make this a really fun and memorable event but it's just way too crowded to be truly enjoyable.

    Just OK

by Jfan on 2/14/24Mandalay Bay South Convention Center - NFL - Las Vegas

Overpriced at $50. Lines to get pictures with the Lombardi (and whatever random football player was there at the time) was about 2 hours long and not much shorter to view the rings. Games for the kids looked fun and there were some interesting things to see. Overall, though, everything was way over-priced, from admission to the store. Not worth it.

    Parking Nightmare

by Teri on 2/14/24Mandalay Bay South Convention Center - NFL - Las Vegas

The ticket/event details did not include where to park. We chose the parking at Mandalay Bay Convention center where the event was held. After 45 minutes in line, we finally turned onto the street and were advised we needed to park elsewhere. Very frustrating and easily avoidable.

    Way Too Many People

by Eric on 2/14/24Mandalay Bay South Convention Center - NFL - Las Vegas

Ticketmaster sold way too many tickets to this event. Couldn't hardly walk around without bumping into people. The lines that you had to stand in to see the individual events were atrocious. It was a two hour wait to get a picture standing in front of the Lombardi Trophy. I didn't participate in any event at the Super Bowl Experience because of how many people were there. I basically walked around bumping into people while briefly seeing a few things but getting out of there as soon as possible as way more people rushed in.

    Not Worth the $50

by Go Big Red on 2/14/24Mandalay Bay South Convention Center - NFL - Las Vegas

We were disappointed with the crowds and the lines. Once we got in and realized it was 2–3-hour line to see the Lombardi Trophy, one hour wait to get into the NFL shop, we left shortly thereafter. Going forward it is a better place to visit the Thursday before Super Bowl or earlier. Don't waste your money.

    Great Experience

by Leann on 2/14/24Mandalay Bay South Convention Center - NFL - Las Vegas

Overall, it was a great experience. Major downside was the prices were ridiculously high. The NFL shop located in the experience was definitely price gouging. When leaving the experience through the hotel the flow came to a standstill. We actually cut through one of the restaurants, headed out to the pool to be able to leave. For future events better crowd management needs to be implemented..

    Too crowded

by MLE on 2/14/24Mandalay Bay South Convention Center - NFL - Las Vegas

The day and time we went was just awful and busy. Lines were so long! We basically paid $200 for four people to walk through crowds and see nothing. When we went back in 2019 it was so cool.

    Horrible

by Don R on 2/14/24Mandalay Bay South Convention Center - NFL - Las Vegas

You would need 2 weeks there to experience half of the things to do. The lines were extremely long. I paid extra for “fast pass” which was a waste of time!! Just getting there you had to walk a 1.5 miles because the had all the roads shut down. Selecting a time slot was a joke because once in there people could stay all day which tied everything up. Throughout the day. Never again unless they offered a VIP option! Raise the price and eliminate half or 3/4 of the crowds

    Bad

by GK on 2/14/24Mandalay Bay South Convention Center - NFL - Las Vegas

It was awful. We parked at the Mandalay Bay and paid 70 dollars. We were then forced to park on one level (5) with everyone else which created huge lines at the elevator. Once inside, there were huge lines for everything. A bottle of water was 10 dollars-nasty who greedy the NFL is.

    Pretty Good.

by Chris on 2/14/24Mandalay Bay South Convention Center - NFL - Las Vegas

I went all 4 days and it was pretty good overall. Saturday was packed and it caused a rather large backup into the Mandalay Bay. It was rather unsafe and I decided to go back an hour later when they figured out a better way to move people through. No big stars for the Panini Autograph Stage but it was nice. The SBExtra ticket was definitely worth the extra money to get almost front of the line access to the autograph stage and games. Field Goal and Extra Point games were great.

    Waaaay too crowded.

by Craig on 2/14/24Mandalay Bay South Convention Center - NFL - Las Vegas

Had to stand in line for everything. Pictures, food, games, NFL store, even the exit to leave. Overpriced and overhyped. If fire department would have showed up, they would’ve shut it down. I understand the stadium charging $70 for parking and $10 for water, but to gouge the regular customers that can’t afford $6000 for one nosebleed seat and try and take their kids for a memory, it felt like you tried to squeeze every last penny from everyone. I guess I’m just disillusioned and disappointed that everything is about money and not about trying to include everyone.

    Too fun for words!

by Margie on 2/14/24Mandalay Bay South Convention Center - NFL - Las Vegas

This was my first time event. I only wish we could have been there for all the previous days. We arrived at 2:00 on Saturday and couldn’t possibly get in everything we wanted to do. But we made a lot of progress later in the day. Thanks for the great organization and staff. I had a blast doing the TCL GAMEDAY with Field! And we love our Wilson footballs 🏈 🏈
