    Unorganzed

by Razor on 2/1/20Miami Beach Convention Center - Miami Beach

I’ve been to several NFL Experiences, and this is one of the most unorganized I’ve ever seen. Couldn’t keep lines moving. Several people didn’t know where anything was, including restrooms. Didn’t know where lines started. Complete chaos. Hope Miami doesn’t have the Super Bowl for another 10 years.

This was the closest we have ever been to a Super Bowl! Loved meeting and seeing some of football’s greatest including Gronk, M. Bennett, and Boomer. Whole venue was amazing to be see and feel the excitement. Loved it Thanks!

    Mostly for Kids

by Harold on 2/1/20Miami Beach Convention Center - Miami Beach

If you don’t have kids I would not recommend going. Most of the experience is childish.

    Super Bowl Experience

by D. L. on 1/31/20Miami Beach Convention Center - Miami Beach

We had a great time. Lots of interactive activities for adults and especially for kids. Friendly volunteers all over the place. Very creative exhibits all tied to the 32 NFL teams. We attended during the first weekend when the crowds were smaller than those expected in the days right before the Super Bowl. We waited about 30 minutes to have pics taken with the Vince Lombardi trophy, while waits for most other things were 10 minutes or less.

Great but the front of the line needs work

by FF on 1/29/20Miami Beach Convention Center - Miami Beach

We had a great time! The entire family had fun, we spent 6 hours there and actually want to go back! The only negative was the abuse of the font of the line. I understand that there was an extra cost for the perk, but many kids were asked to wait as the same kids kept on coming back over and over and would keep on going ahead of many of the kids. Maybe cap the number of times the kids can use the extra? Also, the registration to get in line for the autographs/photo was a little too much. You shouldn't have to give away so much personal information just to get an autograph and picture. Other than that, it was great!

    Excellent

by J. S. on 1/29/20Miami Beach Convention Center - Miami Beach

What an amazing experience for my 10 year old son! He loves all things football, so he was so happy to be able to participate in the activities and meet a few former and current players. Jakeem Grant was so nice, and it's always a pleasure to see OJ McDuffie. I just wish we had more time to do more things! PS - purchase the SB Extra pass. You will not regret it!

My son had the best time. It was interactive and probably one of the best events we have gone to at the Convention Center. Highly recommend!

A lot of fun... IF you have some information beforehand

by MS on 1/29/20Miami Beach Convention Center - Miami Beach

The event itself was pretty fun. There’s not a lot of Much needed information “easily” available. This info is key if you have an SBXTRA pass that has a late entry time. First you can attend all day and SBXTRA passes can be picked up an hour before your SBXTRA time slot. Parking is on Meridian, don’t follow signs to the convention center as all roads are blocked off. You NEED the NFL OnePass app to do anything. Download it and register before you arrive. If you have multiple family members you may want to use the same log in on multiple devices. Scan QR code’s around the event for prizes and chances to win - this is why you may want to use one NFL OnePass login. Signage isn’t great and the venue is large so utilize the map that is available on OnePass. Lines can/will be long. SBXTRA passes are worth every penny if you can get them. There is also a schedule for the autograph stage. We totally missed that it had an end time before the event actually ended.
