The whole ticketing process is a complete joke. The basketball was great. The tournament was run very well. Great facility, and operationally very fun environment. But you need to perfect ticketing, refine the seat selection. Friends end up not being able to sit together.
Food was ok, but not a lot to choose. Some ran out of food. Games are wonderful, beverage areas were good. Helpful if entry was earlier.
Exciting good food and drink options. It’s extremely cold in there we are wearing heavy coats and hats even see people wrapped in blankets!
Lots of shuffling around to get the right seats. So far, only one session were tickets checked.
Everything was organize and ran very well, just wish the Denny Stanford center would take cash instead of having to use debit cards for everything, that would be my only complaint
Summit league tournament always brings on great crowds. Good atmosphere.
Had a great time watching the summit league tournament. Didn’t get to attend the womens games, but the evening sessions were fantastic

Great experience, this tournament is first class. I was concerned when I initially went to claim my tickets and was told (on website) that I had to pick them up at will call. Perhaps I didnt see the option at purchase to have them delivered electronically. I eventually got ahold of the local ticket office and they were able to get links so I could use my mobile device without going to will call. I wish TIcketmaster had a CHAT or Call option, as it can be quite stressfull wondering and waiting if you will get an email back.
One of the best run college basketball tournaments around. The facility is top notch as well as the people who work it. I attended several games every year & am looking forward to next year.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Summit League Conference! Everyone was friendly and hospitable. I would have given 5 stars except the food was a little lacking in healthy options and options for gluten free needs. I was hungry alot because I either couldn't eat the buns/pizza or my stomach was upset from no healthy options. Other than that, stellar experience.
Great facility. Only complaint is we were not warned that we couldn’t bring our bags in over a certain size. Would have been nice to have that “heads up” on the ticket printout. Had to go back to the car, to drop it off. Otherwise, a perfect event ... especially since our team won.😉
Seat was in upper tier but was able to see the whole floor for the game. Friendly and helpful guides for locating seats. Easy to get to the upper level because of escalators & elevators. Plenty of bathrooms! Popv Corn was too salty but had a free adult beverage with my ticket.
This is an extraordinary fan experience for not only the followers of the Summit League teams, but for the people of Sioux Falls and the surrounding area! It showcases our incredible community and unmatched hospitality! I will attend this event as long as I am alive. Hopefully, you will never leave Sioux Falls!
Great basketball! Check in was easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint beer and food prices are a little high.
We were in the upper deck and still had great time. Fun atmosphere for a championship.
Not a bad seat in the house!!! Stayed at the Ramada and they shuttled me to the front door. Short walk back to the motel! Great location!!!
