    Garth

by Pete on 9/8/23Caesars Superdome - New Orleans

Garth as usual rocked the dome. Extraordinary entertainment. The dome however has lots of flaws. Concourse access was horrible, crowded where you could not walk. Bathrooms overcrowded on plaza level. 25 in line for men’s room or go outside the dome to use a port-a-let. Parking took one hour to exit the dome! We were on the level above the ground and it took literally one hour to make a half of a U turn to exit. Very poor policing of traffic both inside and outside.

She stole the show. Haven’t been able to stop listening to her since. So inspiring. On so many levels.

    sound

by lulu on 9/7/23Caesars Superdome - New Orleans

The acoustics in the Superdome are awful, music for all performers sounded like it was coming from a bad speaker. I will not be going back there for a concert.

Incredible Performances - superdome acoustics a lil rough

by CKNCJ on 9/7/23Caesars Superdome - New Orleans

The first-ever Sugar Bowl Country Kick Off was fantastic. I was so happy to experience it with my family. Nitty Gritty Dirt Band definitely played their age, but still sounded good. Lainey Wilson BROUGHT IT ON!!! She was all over the stage and really did great at getting the crowd pumped up and ready for Garth. Garth played from 915-11....and though he seemed winded at times, he still performed just as great as I remember. Bringing Tricia out was the cherry on top. She was phenomenal. I was expecting the earthquake when he sang "Callin' Baton Rouge"- but the crowd still went bananas. The only negative feedback has to do with the venue - not the artists. The acoustics are ROUGH. Very echo-y in the superdome. It made it difficult to understand the artists when they were talking. When singing, it was a bit easier to understand - perhaps because of recognizable beats and lyrics. I am not sure what, if anything, can be done to address this issue.

    Garth gave 120%+

by DeeDee on 9/7/23Caesars Superdome - New Orleans

I have been to countless concerts. I don’t think Ive ever seen someone enjoy what he does as much as Garth. He was so much fun to watch. I think everyone should experience him once. I just wish the people in front of us would have had respect for all of us who were try to enjoy the experience. They talked the entire concert.

by Babs on 9/7/23Caesars Superdome - New Orleans

The event was fantastic. We cannot wait for next year. Garth Brooks was amazing. The Dome will have completed more renovations by next year that it will be even better. Thank you for this event.

    Worth all the drama

by Pen on 9/6/23Caesars Superdome - New Orleans

We drove in from Alabama for the show and got in a car accident on the way. Despite all of that, we made it to the concert and it was worth it. Even with seats in the 600s, we enjoyed the show. The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and Lainie Wilson were amazing and Garth Brooks was flawless for almost 2 hours. I never thought I'd get the chance to see him live after not being to make his stadium tour. This was great.

    Traffic was ridiculous

by Jenny on 9/6/23Caesars Superdome - New Orleans

The traffic leaving the concert was absolutely horrible. There was nobody directing traffic. We sat in our parking spot for 45 minutes before we could move. Everything was great until it was time to leave.

    Fantastic Concert

by Tina W. on 9/6/23Caesars Superdome - New Orleans

Garth was fantastic as always. I LOVE how he interacts with the crowd. You can tell he really cares about his fans. Lainey Wilson put on a great, high-energy performance as well. I loved the messages she put out there for young girls. She told them they could accomplish anything they set their minds to. That's a real role model right there. The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band sang songs I didn't remember who sung. It was nice to sing along with songs I had forgotten about. All in all such a great evening of fantastic music.
