Been waiting more than 5 years to listen live. Steve, u played beautifully and sounded heavenly. The crowd just seemed off to me. So many phones in the way. Very few living in the moment. I don’t know how to feel.

I loved it so much I will never stop looking at the videos I had taken. LITERALLY BEST NIGHT EVER FOR SURE. he’s so sweet and funny. never leaves his fans out during the show!

i’ve been listening to steve lacy since 2017/2018 and i’ve been wanting to go to his show for the longest but now i can’t cause of these new annoying tik tok stans like they should’ve done a 20 question quiz about steve for a ticket because i’m mad i didn’t get one

i would not go to this if i were you. especially if you plan on going to the oakland concert at the fox theater at 8 pm on november 4th. i’d highly recommend you sell your ticket and honestly i’d be more than glad to take them off your hands so you don’t have to experience that.

STEVE LACY GAVE ME A HEART ATTACK BEFORE THE SHOW EVEN STARTED, I WAS SO EXCITED THAT I FAINTED AND I HAD TO BE CARRIED OUT BY A STRETCHER AND ADMITTED TO THE AHMC ANAHEIM REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER EMERGENCY ROOM. I HAD TO EXPERIENCE THE CONCERT THROUGH FACE TIMING MY MOM AND SHE HAD THE CAMERA POINTING AT HER FACE THE WHOLE TIME.

Steve was incredible! I was lucky enough to be front row at his Apollo tour and he was phenomenal. It was refreshing to hear live music with real instruments and real vocals. He even brought his family on stage at the end to sign 4ever. 10/10 wouldn’t trade my experience for anything.

Awesome concert! I had a great time listening to him and his family. Something about him just gets you in a great vibe

Saw at Wiltern- small venue. Perhaps they lack a mixing board. The sound was the worst sound I have ever experienced. I go to concerts all the time. Total distortion and overly deafingly loud. The advantage of a small venue is you don’t need all that. Was not at all a good showcase for his talent. He used too many prerecorded tracks too. His sister was the opening act and she was better than he was. There was also too much in the way of opening acts for an artist playing a venue that size. After his sister, there was a DJ that came out for a long time. It’s not a stadium show. People were there to see him. Took too long. Didn’t work as a build up. It became boring. He didn’t connect personally with the audience as you can in a venue that size. His time making loud sounds on a synthesizer board was really amateurish. A child can turn knobs. If he did that on his guitar, it would have been impressive. I came away feeling he was somebody to listen to only at home and not live. His management needs to go back to the drawing board to rebuild his live show. For context, I have never left a post like this because I leave every show wanting to go again and happy and upbeat.

Was in the middle of the venue where a mosh basically took place was supper fun :)

This show eminated extensive beauty. The artist, the music, the background people all created the most amazin night of my life. I would definately do it all over again.

Steve brought the house down in Houston, played all of his old singles plus the whole new album. Was definitely one of my favorite performances. I wish he had a full band with him tho :/

Steve Lacy is cool and all, but I was expecting a band. I enjoyed his performance but not in the way that I had hoped. Also, the food at HOB is horrible. They put sour cream on my nachos and then said I could returm it. Also, $13 for an Austin Eastcider?!?! Absolutely not. This was the first AND LAST time I ever go to House of Blues Houston.
