Steinway Piano Series Tickets

I am woefully underqualified to comment on the amazing performer and music that was played. Neither of us are musicians but had a wonderful experience! We'll definitely return for more. Beautiful building, super friendly door person and ushers, stunning piano, comfy chairs, intimate recital hall and amazing sound. Surprisingly small attendance. Masks still required. Spotless bathrooms. Wish I'd have gone to all of these performances while I was a student. Never too late! We're enjoying now!!

Wonderful hour of listening to great pieces and pianist

Opus 2 gave an excellent afternoon of musical entertainment while performing George Gershwin classics. Fantastic!!!

World Class Piano Performance by a rising pianist who will, without a doubt, reach a level that others will strive to emulate.

Leaving the theater, I suggested that this concert might be the best $10 I have ever spent. I haven't changed my mind. John O'Conor is a world-class pianist, and to hear a program of three of Beethoven's greatest and most familiar sonatas, for such a ridiculously low price, was a huge treat . I have discovered under-advertised worthwhile Tampa events before, but never anything to compare to this. I am so happy to have learned about this Steinway series of recitals. Needless to say, Mr. O'Conor commands substantially higher prices than what was charged for this event, and his support, along with Steinway's, of our area musical scene is most admirable..

This was my first piano concert and I totally enjoyed the experience. I found Noel Mc Robbie to be a very exciting pianists.

What a wonderful performance by Mr. Vonsattel. Tremendous physical skill but most important a very delightful and pleasant interpretation. The venue could not be any better. Congratulations to Mr. Vonsattel, directors and organizers of this presentation. Many many more to come.

The pianist was outstanding. We were thrilled by his virtuoso performance, his humor, and his style.

great performer.....i just wish it was longer than an hour

Spencer Myer, a concert grand Steinway, and a splendid acoustical hall; a fantastic combination. The program notes written by the Steinway Society were excellent and should be published on the facebook page or in a blog. The Facebook Page address should be included in the Program Notes. We attended from Mendocino and have heard Spencer Myer play in the Mendocino Music Festival for three years. It was wonderful to hear him in your setting in San Jose. We also hope to attend some other events in your piano series. Thank you very much for such a wonderful evening.

Great performance by all pianists. I would definitely attend again as well as recommend to others. The venue was nice, albeit seating was slightly challenged as you could only enter each row from one side. I would suggest to the music department that they suspend an angled mirror from the ceiling to allow the audience a view of the hands on the keyboards. Possibly an angled mirror on the back wall would also work. Another possibility would be directing a video camera on the keyboards with monitor(s) overhead. Either way, I believe this would be a great benefit to the spectators and to the reviews. Thanks to USF and to Steinway for bringing such a great performance to Tampa.
