The Superdome was electric for the state championships, and it wasn't even 25% full! The game was very well managed. As expected, the food was very expensive.
First time in the superdome. 3 games were just not enough. Hope to have my son playing in the championship game next year.!
Seats were ok but price was a little too steap for a high school football game. At $16 a ticket I wouldve expected better seats. I paid less to see Sesame Street Live.
So very proud of the Lumberjack Team for making it to the playoffs. Although we did not win, I feel that you guys are ALL WINNERS. You did your best and that is all we could ask from a great group of young men. Congratulations to my former students. You will always be winners in my heart. Go Jacks!!!!
What a great venue for watching the best in the state compete for the title. Saw the 1A and 5A game and besides ALL the turnovers by OCS (or takeaways) all 4 teams deserve much praise for awesome football. Only 1 problem we seemed to encounter was the selling and major advertising by budweiser beer. THESE ARE HIGH SCHOOL STATE CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES. I would think the ad dept for the superdome could and would do better than this Lose it for next year and it would be the perfect place to take the whole family.
Classic example of a fun outing with the family, and in the case, the entire city of Patterson! Great experience for the kids and traffic was not as bad as anticipated even with a Hornets game next door. Planning to come back often.
