ST. VINCENT IN CONCERT:
Possessing a rare combination of art-school appeal and mainstream accessibility, St. Vincent's Annie Clark is well on her way to full blown pop stardom. From her collaborations with David Byrne and Sufjan Stevens to her acclaimed work as St. Vincent, Clark has demonstrated an unbridled creativity and commitment to pop experimentation, making her a favorite with fans and critics alike. Her recordings may be stunning, but it's her talents as a performer that really make Clark stand out — taking the stage in an architectural gown, Clark's otherworldly movements and ethereal vocals are the stuff of legend, making her 2014 tour dates a must for any fan of true avant-pop spectacle.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born in Oklahoma, Annie Clark, a.k.a. St. Vincent, took up the guitar at age 12, going on to play in her high school's jazz band as a teenager. After spending three years at Boston's Berklee College of Music in the early '00s, Clark dropped out to pursue real-world musical experience, joining the Polyphonic Spree for their European tour. In 2006, she left the band to join Sufjan Steven's touring band, beginning to record as St. Vincent the same year. Her 2007 debut album Marry Me received praise for its intricate arrangements and unexpected compositional twists, paving the way for the success of 2009 sophomore effort Actor, a Top 10 hit on Billboard's Independent Albums Chart. With the early-2014 release of her fifth album, Clark once again drew unilateral praise from critics, cracking the Top 20 of the Billboard 200 and embarking on an international headlining tour.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
" Even better live than on her albums, St. Vincent lit up the Fox. It was an awesome mashup reminiscent of Bowie, Mercury and Gaga. I loved it, and will be back for more."
"Gorgeous songs, surprising choreography, enchanted excitement. I urge anyone who loves sophisticated pop to see this show."
"Yes, yes, yes, and yes! Great playing, awesome sound, killer production aesthetics and an overall great SHOW. St. Vincent and her band are kicking butt and taking names."

Annie was in top form all night in Philly! She’s disarmingly genuine and it makes the entire audience feel very comfortable as she sings her heart out, shreds one of the many guitars she brings, or puts the spotlight on her wonderful band. This definitely will not be my last St. Vincent concert!
I’m not sure why I didn’t discover her music early in her career. Her SNL 2021 performance got me hooked. Her show was powerful, classy, and the best Ive seen in sometime! All of the musicians were excellent. Thank you St Vincent for sharing your talents!!!
What an awesome show and venue! This tour was absolutely amazing!!! The venue had perfect views all around.
Great Music. Great performance! Would have loved to see the dueling guitars that I saw at Pitchfork, but oh well.
Great show, great venue. Best mask compliance I’ve seen in a while.
A friend backed out on a friend and i went so the ticket wouldn't go to waste. I listened to a couple of songs online and went in with an open mind. I had zero expectations. But let me tell you, this show was definitely an EXPERIENCE. From the opening number to the last I was hooked. Very talented musicians and the lead singer is in a class of her own. And those back up singers should be certified as National Treasures! I am officially a fan!
St. Vincent put on a wonderful show that was fun and interesting. Her style and delivery is top notch. I would love to see this show and this artist again. One of the best shows I have seen this year. Rock on!
Music, dancers, sets, background, ambience. One of the better shows we've ever seen! Would go again tomorrow.
Annie’s performance with her astonishing band and vocalists was a grumpy mesmerizing experience. Her and Ali were so personable and funny. Can’t wait until her next tour!
What a great show! Loved seeing her and her full sized band! Don’t miss her show!
Wish Dallas had made a bigger showing but she was amazing. Beautiful, mysterious, sexy as hell. Proud she is a native Texan.
Best show since I started in 2011! Rocked out the house. Guitar Heroine!
If you haven’t seen St.Vincent perform, I suggest you add it to your bucket list. She will amaze you.
St. Vincent knows how to entertain. The energy that she, the band, and the backup sings put into the show are infectious. Her interactions, choreography, humor, and talent were on full display. She rocked the crowd with excellence and made everyone feel like they were part of the experience.
I'm a HUGE St. Vincent fan but man was I underwhelmed at the latest concert. She has got an amazing catalog but the set list left so much to be desired. This tour was no where near as good as her last where she basically performed by herself.
Long awaited event, 4 stars since I was hoping to hear more of Annie's raw guitar riffs, great venue and vaccine mandate is great to have to get us all be able to join live music again !
I loved both shows! Annie Clark is a force of nature. See her live.
Venue should be darker and music louder. Seemed impersonal
we got moved to the pit so we got to see St Vincent up close ! it was such a great experience seeing her in the pit. the set, the lights, her band and her stage presence was nothing i’ve ever seen before. i really enjoyed this concert.
