ST. LUCIA ON TOUR
St. Lucia is back with their third LP Hyperion, out September 21st. Their new single "Walking Away" is out now. The band has appeared on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Good Morning America and Late Night With Seth Meyers, performed at festivals including Coachella, Lollapalooza, Governors Ball Outside Lands, and Bonnaroo, and provided official remixes for artists ranging from Lady Gaga to Passion Pit to Foster The People. As Jason Bentley from KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic put it, "This should be the biggest band in the world right now."
Throughout their career, St. Lucia has brought many famous venues to capacity, like Varsity Theater (Minneapolis), Theatre of Living Arts (Philadelphia) and Buckhead Theatre (Atlanta).

AMAZING VENUE AND BAND!!!!!! I will be back next time they come to NY & Terminal 5!
The show was great, the energy, all of it. Opening act Sofi Tukker was incredible.
This was my 5th time seeing them. I have been a diehard fan since early 2014 and every time they go on tour, I buy tickets the day they are up for sale :) Jean-Philip knows how to have fun, make things fresh, and create experiences that feel very special and organic. I cannot say enough about him, his band, and his talent. GO SEE THEM
This was a new band for me, I had downloaded a few of their songs and was in love. Wasn't sure what to expect but I was blown away. What a great band! Unforgettable and truly amazing!!!!!!!!!
Great energy, talented musicians, sounds just like their album
What a treat to catch st Lucia live at an intimate venue such as Culture Room! The band was sensational and we had a great time!! Definitely worth catching live and the price was unbeatable! Thanks for keeping good concerts at an affordable price :)
The best show I've ever been to. We dance, sang and had a wonderful time. I can't wait to see them again.
Do yourself a favor and pick up their album and go see them whenever you have the chance to.
I have seen St. Lucia play live three times now, twice in Portland, OR and once in St. Petersburg, FL. Each time I have left with the feeling that St. Lucia is the best and most exciting band I have ever seen. They are truly a group of insanely talented performers who are even better live than on their albums, if that's possible. See this band ASAP and thank me later.
I didn't like the opening act (Kind) and the audio was pretty poor so I was blown away when St. Lucia came out and everything was amazing! They had so much energy and the vocals were spot on too! I enjoyed the show so much that I want to see them again very soon.
Amazing band, amazing venue.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Their opener, KIND, was a great warm-up to the show and I have already gone out and purchased their album. St. Lucia was on a whoooooole other level. The entire production - stage set, sound, lighting, performance, was all perfect for their vibe and the songs were so crisp, they sounded like they belonged in an arena. Lead singer event got into the crowd and was singing and dancing with the audience. I went in there expecting an indie concert, but left having experienced a full stadium blowout. These guys are the real deal. Highly recommended.
Great stage presence. Loved the backdrop. Fun energetic show!
Take 4 hot guys and 1 super cute high energy girl and you get a mixture of talent and sexy that is unmatched in the music industry.
St. Lucia was an incredible performance. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who loves their kind of music. They're all amazing musicians, entertaining performers, and the lights and set were fantastic. Being an electronic-ish band, they could have run the risk of falling into repetitive, house/edm style repetitive beats in a live performance, making the show feel more like a club dance floor than a band performing their music. They never crossed that line - every synth line and drum beat was original, unrepetitive, and light enough to not make anyone who wanted to be at a show rather than a club uncomfortable. The only beef I had was with the venue (kind of). It's a beautiful venue, by the way, I'd definitely return to another show there. The issue I had was with the sound. The power of the bass during the opener (who I don't remember introduced themselves, bizarrely enough) was overwhelming to the point of drowning out all guitars and vocals. I was really disappointed to not be able to tell what the singer's voice even sounded like. This could have been a mixing problem, or an issue with the loops used by the band as this wasn't as much of an issue when St. Lucia took the stage. It soured the experience a tiny bit, but not enough to complain about or to give me cause to regret going.
Unreal!! This was one of the best shows I have ever seen. Better in person. Best date night ever!! Thank you St Lucia for the memories.
As St. Lucia relies heavily on synth/electronic style pop, I wasn't sure how they would be live. However, they crushed it...so much energy and the music was absolutely incredible. The opener was good, too. There was a technical error at the venue that slowed things down, but nothing major--the fans and staff alike were just a great crowd.
The venue is perfect for these alternative/edm concerts great feel to the music. Everyone was dancing jumping around !
This was my third time seeing St. Lucia live. I never review concerts on Ticketmaster, but I have to because this was one of the best concerts I went to.
