Springfield Falcons Tickets

While the outcome of the game was nice, a win for the Falcons. The rest of the event was the pits. The new President of the tean just happens to be the majority owner and has cleaned house of all the friendly employees. The new broadcaster who last name is Zilch represents his personality and his ability to make listenening to the game unbearable. The concession food in also the pits not to mention the prices make it expensive. I purchased a pretzel and hotdog. The pretzel instead of being soft and chewy and dry and stale. The hotdog had no flavor. The team should consider geting from a local meat vendor like Chicopee Provisions or Arnold Meats and promote them as being local. I would even support a major national brand.

The game was exciting. The seats were terrible. We had to move seats so that the kids could see the game.

Fun atmosphere, good seating and view of the rink. Only complaint (and it's nothing the staff could control) was the obnoxiousness of a select few fans around us. Excluding their conduct at times, great game.

Had a great time with the kids. Will definitely go again!

Good game between 2 good teams. Not too many screamed kids unlike most games in Springfield. Good seats, good sightlines, staff friendly and helpful/

The falcons didn't win, but they ended up making a slight comeback. Had a great time with my boyfriend! We won a prize!

Even though the Falcons lost, attending a game in Springfield is always good, and The Riverside Park Speedway night was a nice touch as well, would like to see more events like this in the future thanks !!!!

Went with friends as Providence Bruins fans. Last game we went to a game as fans of the visiting team we did not have a very pleasant experience(different arena, different team). This time was much different. Big parking garage, reasonable money to park, the Mass Mutual Center was very nice. Beer prices not bad, didn't look like there was a bad seat in the house for a hockey game. We had seats right at the ice and it was amazing. The Falcons have some good, respectable hockey fans. Good for them! I would definitely attend a game here again.

the music was way too loud could not even talk to my friend who was sitting right next to me I unknowingly picked 2 tickets behind the penalty box - I did not know this- one end of the rink was obstructed - this should be noted when buying the tickets as 4 people(scorers/penalty box attendants) were standing in my view the entire game

Our seats were incredible! The game was even more amazing! One of the players gave my son a puck.

I took my daughters ages 11 & 13 to their very first hockey game on March 1. It had been 30 years since I had been to a hockey game. We were sitting in the front row right in front of the glass to the left of the goal. Very nice seats!!! One of my daughter even got a game puck that came through the net. :) My girls had the best time and so did I. They are already asking when we will be going again. I plan on coming back very soon!!!!

The game was great, went in to a long shoot out at end. Got to be on the jumbo tram for the first time. Seats were cool but limited visibility of the rink to one end.

Good hockey in Springfield. To bad the Falcon s lost

Regardless of who the victor is at the end of the period a game on home ice is always enjoyable. The Falcons played some great hockey but sadly they lost, but that's not the point. My friends and I had out faces to the glass shouting, laughing and creating memories to remark on in the future. I've been to a few Falcons games in the past and all of them as happy and memorable as the last. The fans are kind, the staff at the Mass Mutual Center are beyond hospitable and Team is great.

I'm a hockey fan. It was nice to find out I won a prize for ordering my tickets at Ticketmaster. I don't know whether or not they do that every game, but it was a pleasant surprise. The music and announcements are a little on the loud side, but not unbearable. Temperature in the arena was very comfortable. I was fine in just a hoodie.

It was a great game, The only complaint I have is that the concessions are TOO SLOW!!!!
