For the price of a minor league hockey ticket you cant go wrong with the product.

We attended the game at the request of my 11 year old for her birthday. The atmosphere was amazing....our seats were amazing and it was a great game!! The between period action is engaging and fun!! The only down side was I was unable to figure out how to get the big girl's name on the jumbo tron to wish her a happy birthday! Thanks for a great night!!

First time going. Buying the tickets was easy. I live in the area, there is a parking garage across the street. The concessions weren't the greatest. Seating was the best part, right behind the glass. I had a great time. Energy was great, will go again and will bring the kids.

Being a hockey fan in Western Massachusetts can make getting to an NHL game a little out of reach most of the time. Falcons hockey was top notch, entertaining, high skill level hockey for a great price. Because it is not much of a price difference, I sprung for seats right on the glass and it was worth every penny. Feeling the BOOM of every check and the head flinching shock of every puck coupled with fantastic views of the play made for a great night. It is accessible, low in price, and great quality hockey.

Always enjoy going to a Falcons game! We drive about 2 hours to get there but it's totally worth it!

We had a great time. Saw good hockey. Parking was easy. Kids enjoyed it. Other fans were nice.

Good seats, good game. Very few bad seats in the Massmutual center, just wish Falcons played better consistently.

Seats were great on the glass. Haven't been to the Mass Mutual Center in over 10 years. Easy parking, Easy entering. Facility looks much nicer than I remember. Disappointed that peanuts are not sold in the arena (Allergies).

The seats were great, the game was exciting and it was a sell-out that night as they had a special guest.

Great seats, easy to purchase, easy to enjoy! Our seats were a bit high up, but they were the best they offered when I bought them.

We have come to love and respect the game of hockey. We love the excitement non stop action. And mostly the toughness of a hockey player.

The map for purchasing the tickets did not display where the bench was, and the seats we bought were directly behind the home bench. This resulted in the coaches standing in front of us, so we couldn't see any of the game. We spent most of the game watching in the bar, just so we could see. I wish the map would have shown where the home and visitor's benches were, so we would have known what we were getting. Feel like I wasted my money.

Great venue, great team, great time! Will definitely be back.

I paid for premium seats right behind the bench...not realizing the coaches stand, We could not see the game at all!!! Security said those are the worse seats in the house & shouldn't even be sold!!! Tried to get any other seats even less expensive but because I bought them on Ticketmaster (through the Falcons website) there was nothing they could do...and it was a sell out...was told by the box office to just go to the upper rows & sit in seats til the ticket holders show...security would not allow us!

Great game that I have been to in a long time, and was my son's first game. He loved it!

The Springfield Falcons make going to the hockey games so much fun. There are t- shirt giveaways, raffles, auctions, food, snacks, chuck a puck game. Just an overall great experience. Go to there website for deals on tickets and shopping etc.
