Spring Awakening was one of the best weekends of my life. All the music and meeting so many chill people. Best experience!

  • Worth the Money Spent

Great music festival. This is more to go see the artists rather than the experience of going however. Flux Pavilion absolutely killed it and was by far the best there! I seemed to noticed, and I know a lot of other people noticed as well, that the crowd wasn't very good. Very rude people and a lot of younger people. Still recommend, I'll probably go next year too!

  • Great shows, shitty people

If you love the music enough to just deal with all the rude pushing and shoving then def go

The artists and the event in general was amazing. However, the other concert goers were not quite as satisfactory. A lot of people were rude, and I saw many illegal drugs being used. I would have liked to avoid second hand smoke from both cigarettes and marijuana. Overall, the venue was wonderful and so was the concert. Security was really doing their best to keep things under control.

  • Pretty lights and Flux blew my mind

Great show! I don't normally listen to house music, but after spring awakening, I am converted :). Again awsome show, the only complaint was that the tickets took a long time to arrive.

  • Spring Awakening or Rave HS Prom?

    by Britt15Britt on 6/17/14Soldier Field - ChicagoRating: 2 out of 5

Obviously the best thing about Spring Awakening was the DJ's that were there. Compared to last year, this year's lineup was insanely amazing and they all put on great shows. Why I will never go back to Spring Awakening, has nothing of course to do with the DJ's, stage set ups, etc. It has everything to do with the fact that the average age at the fest is 20 at the max. And when you get thousands of teenies together, in ultimate rave attire, rolling off their minds, you can't help but feel stupid for being there lol. I'm only 26, but I know my friends and I felt super out of place bc they...are.....EVERYWHERE lol. As much as I love my DJ's, I'd much rather see them in Vegas/MID/or other venues where I can party hard with....adults. And not my little kids with binkies in their mouth and feather wings trying to fit into the "rave" scene lol. It was a cluster. Amatuer hour for sure. But, if you can stand all the above and put it aside, Soldier Field is an awesome place to go for a concert, and the DJ's were amazing. If they were ever to bump up the age requirement, I would definately consider going again. But since they prob wont (since over HALF of the crowd was at least below 21), I'll stick to seeing Diplo and Tiesto in Vegas.

  • Best time in a long time

    by Mskelly89 on 6/17/14Soldier Field - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

Best concert iv been to in a long time. Ticketmaster made it so easy for me to get the tickets and even went out of their way to help me when I was picking up my tickets. Fully recommendable! K!

  • Diplo threw a banger.

Obviously this type of scene isn't for everyone, but if it is, don't hesitate to go.

  • Good music but bad coordination for VIP

    by Righteous13 on 6/17/14Soldier Field - ChicagoRating: 3 out of 5

The Music was good B2B Green Velvet, Peter Tong, and especially DIpLo, BUT VIP should mean VIP. We should have had a special line for both male and female ticket holders through security check. And we should have had access to the front of the stage for all five stages .

  • Spring awakening was amazing

by RaveOwl on 6/17/14Soldier Field - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

This was my second year at spring awakening. I had the time of my life. I will continue to go every year. It was honestly the best 3 days of my life and I will never forget it. Thank you for such an amazing weekend.

Amazing time BUT VIP ticket pick up was a debacle--waited over an hour to pick up ticket at Will Call. Would NOT return to this event if VIP ticket process remains the same.

  • Very Disappointed with React

by ravekittykat on 6/16/14Soldier Field - ChicagoRating: 2 out of 5

So I decided to splurge a little and buy myself a VIP ticket for Friday since I wasn't able to attend all 3 days. I was very excited with the description that was given as far as what VIP would include (express ticket lines, express entry, and so on). A few days before the festival I received an email reminding me where to get my tickets and other information. Friday I arrived to Soldier field and went to the tent VIP ticket pick-up would be. However, instead of a VIP line, we had to pick up our tickets at the Will Call/Ticket Sale line.......which took an hour and a half to get through. This was why I spent extra, to avoid the long lines. It was poorly organized and managed. I will never attend another React Presents festival again. The VIP areas were also poorly place, except for the Hangar Stage where we have the very front area sectioned off. This was a complete waste of my money.

  • Best time ever!

The music, and lighting was amazing. Loved the effects on stage, the lighting and fire! Tiesto gave an amazing performance!

  • The experience is unbelievable

    by Pugalicious09 on 6/16/14Soldier Field - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

I didn't mind the over priced drinks or food or the underage kids embarrassing themselves. I went for the music & totally took my breathe away all 3 nights can't stop thinking about it & already planning on next year!

  • Tiesto at Soldier Field, OMG!!!!

by Viccco on 6/16/14Soldier Field - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

This was an absolutely awesome show from the openers to the headliner. Marcus Shulz, Feed Me, and Eric Prydz opened for Tiesto an They were fantastic. Eric Prydz was the best of the openers. Then Tiesto came on and absolutely brought down the house. If your into EDM and have never been to Spring Awakening I highly recommend going. It's one of the best festivals for this genre and keeps getting bigger every year. One of the bad parts was the entrance. It took me almost 45 minutes to get in. There was no line organization, just a huge crowd of people moving very slowly. So if they could fix this that would be great. Unfortunately I was only able to attend the opening night but next year I will definitely be buying a weekend pass.

The show was great once we finally got into the venue. The line for picking up tickets at will call was a disaster. It took 1.5hrs to finally get our VIP tickets. It has not been like this in the past 2 years. Tickets should be able to be printed at home and there should be a separate line for VIP bracelets.

Awful -unorganized and paid for vip status to stand in line to miss half event and not be allowedto the vip section.
