The parking was convenient. The tailgate was excellent. The RV parking is in a great location adjacent to the stadium. The location of seats was a perfect view.
Really. Outside of the stadium there was nothing to eat or clean restroom. Then when you get inside there was very few places to buy food and drinks. Waited in a long line to get food and drinks. . No one was there to show us our seats. Really at this point this should not be a problem
Southern Does not enforce seating and should go to general admission.
The football game was very exciting. The fans were fun and they made me feel like I was at home.
The Internet service at the Stadium (due to the crowd) ranged from weak/terrible to non-existent. There were absolutely too many of us that could not login to our Ticketmaster account to access our tickets!!! I missed most of the game! Rich555
Overall the experience was good. We lost life goes on, it’s stilll Geaux Jags. Ticketmaster did sign out, but luckily I had put the tickets in my wallet, so that was fine
The gate entry was a catastrophe! Seems like their was no proper training for the visitors to scan their tickets and it made the wait to enter very long in the heat. The concession took hrs just to get drinks and we ended up a whole quarter and halftime. SU needs to get it together quick!
The personnel, fans, and parking associates were all very kind. Very clean campus and it was a very friendly experience. I highly recommend attending a game at this campus. Very great experience.
The seats were really great. We met a lot of really nice people who were sitting around us.
My husband and I came to the city for other reasons and my husband heard the band practicing. He is a musician, and has always dreamed of seeing Southern in person, I love college football so we got tickets and enjoyed both the game and the music.

Great Event! The bands and dancers were electrifying! You know the Human Jukebox & the Sonic Boom were amazing. Clarity of sound in the stand was good and field performances executed well. The Dolls & the Ja-settes were stunning in the stands and on the field too. The tailgating, parking, and food was great. The side performances by the Gold n Bluez, Cheerleaders, Code Blue Team was the cherry on top of the cake. Just beautiful dancers and the guys were handsome. We had such a good time at the Jackson State vs Southern University Game. We will seek tickets next year.
I had a blast at the Boombox Classic football game between Southern university and Jackson State University. It was filled to capacity and the crowd was amazing. This is always a sold out event and keeps the school spirit alive
Excellent seats. The Southern University stadium doesn’t allow you to buy a seat and sit wherever. You must sit in the seat you paid for. Great show and a great game

Unfortunately the visitors side was over crowded, yet the home side was spaced properly for covid concerns. The fans were packed like sardines on the visitors side. Jackson state band was pushed in the corner, yet Southern’s band was spaced properly. The organizers of this event should seat themselves on the visitors side to feel the effects of the crowding. More so, until fair spacing is done, this game should be played at veterans memorial stadium in Jackson Mississippi where their is adequate space, seats etc.

Great time just wish the crowd would get in their seats faster & not linger around the stairwell. Security & stadium staff were great at directing folks to their seats.
Enjoyed my first HBCU game since the pandemic. Only problem I had was it sooo cold.
