Great seats... However, the stadium over sold their seats... Bad experience!

I have concluded I will never return to this game if it is held in Baton Rouge. This was the most unorganized event ever! I purchased tickets that ended up having to be retrieved at Will Call. Well, Will Call was a hidden location, literally. Get this...it was not at the football stadium; it was at the basketball arena UNDERGROUND. There was no signage to direct Will Call ticket holders to the underground location. No one knew the location but a young boy I stopped who I saw had a ticket in his hand coming from that direction. All Southern employees were vague as if Southern schemed to make the experience miserable as possible in hopes of a Will Call ticket holder giving up and purchasing a new ticket. Then, when I tried to enter a gate, after standing behind at least 50 people, I was told I was at the wrong gate and that that gate would not allow me to go to my seat. I later found I could have gone through that gate. A complete setup! Parking was horrible, but I can deal with that. It was the perspiration caused by Southern and its scheme to make more money and exhaust fans!

Honestly, I went just to see the bands play lol. But, I enjoyed myself; SU and JSU didn't disappoint!

Everytime Southern plays JState expect something great to happen.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SU hides the will call office -- signage is needed. once inside the bowels of another building across campus from football stadium the line was INSANE and totally unmonitored to pick up tickets --- Southern needs to rethink this , next time i will pay the service charge to pick up my tickets at ticketmaster

I'd rather watch peewee football. For getting taxpayer paid scholarships, these players and coaches stink! What a waste of time and money.

I generally don't opt for WILL CALL service but my circumstance merited it. I have to say i'm pleased with the ease and prompt service of ticketmaster's website.

We stood in line at will call for an hour after asking being told that it was the correct line only to get in front if the line to be told step to the side we don't know where your tickets are. Then we had to walk to the area which was almost a mile away from the stadium to stand in line again for an hour! When we did get into the stadium my husband and I were very disgusted because on the window of the first line was posted Will Call! There were people that didn't get there tickets until 3rd quarter of the game. A bad experience at SU.

The event was great as usual. The weather was beautiful, no drama, and we won!!

I had a great time with family and friends. This event is a great opportunity to see old college friends, new friends, and eat lot of great food.

There was no sign for Will call patrons. Patron had to stand in line with other patrons buying regular ticket. Seats were on the row next to railing where people passed and stood in front of us all night. Great game!! when we could see it.

the game was great the problem was getting somewhere to park took me two hours to park then I had to walk over a mile back to the stadium. when I got to the stadium I had to stand in the regular ticket line because southern had no will call window this took another forty minutes. I only got in then because they sold out of the regular tickets. they had eight ticket booths and only had three open. This game needs to be played at the superdome only . Jackson State Stadium is just as bad not enough parking and not enough gates open which is a fire hazzard.

I was very disappointed in Southern University. Evidently, no one who works for them knows where to find the will call ticketmaster tickets, so I spent 40 minutes going from gate to gate asking people. When I finally get the tickets and get to my seats someone was sitting in them who did not want to move. I understand that people do that all of the time (sit in someone elses seats), but not being able to locate my tickets was a major problem.

Awesome game. Tons of fun. HBCU football like like nothing else. The band and croud are all part of the experience.
