SOFI TUKKER, AKA best friends Sophie Hawley-Weld & Tucker Halpern, are a dance driven force to be reckoned with. After meeting during their senior year at Brown University in 2014, Halpern convinced Hawley-Weld to take a leap of faith and move out to New York City so that the two could make music together. Sophie and Tucker and the bobs put their all into their shows. You can tel they love what they do and are proud. They’re engaging. I wish I could grade the crowd because that was my only complaint about the show. There’s no reason to lay hands on people or rub up against to push strangers.
Love their music and they are phenomenal live. I feel so lucky getting to see them in a small venue. The stage, the lights, the dancers….all outstanding!
Love the music, but did not dig the stage dancers. While, the electric duo has always relied heavily on some recorded elements, this show was kind of extreme in that we had to wonder how much of what we were hearing was at all live. Venue was pretty unfriendly. Would not ever see any show at Aragon Ballroom again. They have no drinking fountains and refused to give tap water, which I think is probably illegal.
Hands down one of the best shows I’ve seen in the last couple of years, if not many more. Artists on top of their game, incredible staging and audience engagement. Everyone there was really energetic and danced! VIP experience was unreal and unique - definitely a forever memory. Thank you Sofi Tukker!!
Loved Sofi Tukker, but Aragon is just not a good venue. It's always so hot. I had to head to the back just to cool off. During the show I texted my friend to sell tickets to another show we have there later on, because I can't deal with it again.
Sofi Tukker is a favorite. Flawless performance. Probably the most unique act in the music industry at the moment.
They really think about the audience experience! Never thought I would laugh and a choreo. Loved the energy and the crowd

First time at this venue and it was pretty cool. Crowd was jiving, and stage act was pretty good. However, the sound mixing was off. It could have been so much better had there been more mid-range and less treble. It tended to lose some of sofi’s lyrics on the top end.
Not only were both openers stellar, as always Sofi Tukker along with Bob's Dance Shop brought it. Hope they continue to come back to MN.
Just a great energetic show. We enjoyed every minute of the show and spent most of the time dancing. Great venue to see a show. We were able to stand behind 2 rows of the seats, so we had a good view of the stage, but we not trampled. SofiTukker was as fantastic as I hoped they would be.
Everything was perfect. The place, the show, the ambiance. It was a very cool show !!

This was an awesome performance by Sofi Tukker! I loved how they used the scene, how they moved - especially Sophie!- and how they chatted with us! They were having fun and that was contagious! Will definitely see their show again!
This is a fantastic venue to see a fantastic band! General admission is huge and awesome. Lots of bars with no noticeable wait or lines. Admission was quick and painless. Sofi Tucker sounded awesome and put on a fantastic show! Would see them again! Now know The Anthem is a top notch venue!
SOFI TUKKER was amazing. Their music was delivered masterfully and with great clarity and punch. Their performances were stellar as well, with both performers (and their dance group) at the top of their game...and beyond! This had to be the most enjoyable evening I have ever had at Anthem. Please bring groups like SOFI TUKKER back asap! (And bring back SOFI TUKKER too!)
