It started to go well for Sonny when he filtered out the noise and distraction of his world as a solo artist and started mining the ephemeral moments he had been sharing with friends in clubs and parties across the city he calls home since his mid-teen years. The restless, urgent and kaleidoscopic sounds of EDM and bass music had spoken to him for the best part of a decade, one day he just started talking back.
"Making music is the same as DJing," he offers. "You continue along the path that leaves you most inspired. When you think too much you put limits on what is possible, the best parts are always instinctual rather than something too considered or planned out."
12th planet and Foreign Beggers were cool and put on a good opening show, but Skrillex was amazing. The whole concert was an epic experience. I'm going to see Skrillex again whenever he is on his next tour.

they definitely did it right as far as amping up the audience for skrillex. the artists that hit the stage prior to skrilly were good, 12th planet was my favorite. but mr. moore owned the night. skrillex tore the it up with his bass hitting the hardest of all. and the set was sweet. the lights totally played with your eyes and kept the crowd engaged almost as much as the music did. as far as the venue goes, it was not crowded at all, the experience was very pleasant. i didnt have to worry about being smooshed into sweaty people i didnt know or having to deal with drunken idiots. both of those things are important to me especially since it was only my second time to attend at concert at the palladium ballroom. all in all, i loved that night. i will never miss a skrillex concert in dallas texas ever!

Skrillex live was more than amazing, but I couldn't give more than 5 stars. I would highly recommend everyone that even remotely likes music should at least listen to one song of his. Awesome concert!
It was a great show foreign beggars, 12th planet and of course skrillex killed it.

All four groups were amazing!!!! Nadastrom, Foreign Beggars, 12th Planet, And SKRILLEX!!!!! I don't think any concert will top the music, the light show, the setlist!!! JUST PERFECT
Skrillex as truly unbelievable (which is no surprise), but I was very impressed with the Foreign Beggars (which I already liked), and even more so by 12th Planet. I am glad I saw him live because I had no idea 12th Planet was that good. It is a shame though, because as good as he was, he still could not compete with Skrillex!!!!
The best show by far I have ever seen. Skrillex was great and so was 12th Planet.

This was the best show i have ever been to. The bass was magical and filled every crack and crevice in my body. his improvisation and DJ'ing abilities blew me away, and i loved the remixes he pulled out. the last 20 minutes were the best live music i have ever seen, especially his stripped down version of cinema, which ended up building into the most ridiculous drop ever
Grade A show + Grade A music = one of the best performances I've ever seen! Never a second of dissatisfaction!
