About

Australian singer, songwriter and performer Sia is as exciting onstage as she is innovative in the studio. In electrifying performances in concert, such as her recent appearance at Coachella, Sia is both a sought-after collaborator and a mesmerizing solo performer. Audiences describe her as "powerful and strong” but with “charisma and charm.” On tour, a ticket to a Sia show is a ticket into a private world of intimate moments, shared dreams, hope and joy seen through the lens of songs like “You’ve Changed” or “Clap Your Hands.” Whether in the high energy moment of a hot dance track, in the intimacy of a soft ballad, in the funkiness of an acid-jazz inspired track, in the smokiness of some downtempo beats or in any of the many musical moods that she moves through, Sia takes audiences on a beautiful journey through her music every time she takes the stage.

Sia’s music is incredibly well-known. She hits the charts with tunes like her UK top ten single, “Taken for Granted,” and she also provides the soundtracks for some of the hottest movies and television shows lighting up screens today. Her song, “Elastic Heart,” is on "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" soundtrack, while her ballad, “Kill and Run,” was featured on the soundtrack to "The Great Gatsby." When she is not working on chart-topping hits for herself or for award-winning artists, including Beyoncé, Britney Spears, Eminem, Ne-Yo and Rihanna, Sia is burning up the stage with her unique hybrid of acid jazz, downtempo, trip-hop, pop and jazz. Over the course of five studio albums so far, Sia has shown an impressive depth, scale and range.

    Sia's best yet!

    by littlepea23 on 11/6/16Philips Arena - Atlanta

I've been to see her once before and I was blown away then. This time was equally as amazing. Not a traditional concert in concept, more like performance art. It was brilliantly executed and masterful. If you appareciate her and her music beyond just the commercial and global success she's rightfully basking in now, you'all immensely appareciate what she's put together for Nostalgic for the Present. AlunaGeorge was fantastic as well Haven't really been a big fan of Miguel'a but he has an amazing voice and range.

    Best concert I've ever seen!

by Fch9108 on 11/6/16Smoothie King Center - New Orleans

Between the two openers and Sia I can honestly say this is the best concert I've ever been to! Sia was unforgettable and it was like listening to the radio! Her dancers were on point and the videos she showed during the show were incredible!! I will see her again when when she comes back! I'll never forget this show for as long as I live!

    SIA was inspiring

by camperk on 11/6/16Amway Center - Orlando

SIA was fabulous. However the two artists before her were ok. The 45 minute intermission before SIA was way too long. Especially since there was already a 15 minute intermissions beforehand. My advice is come to her concert at least an hour after the show starts.

    Sia concert review

by Asherman on 11/6/16Smoothie King Center - New Orleans

Sia sounded great as usual. However. All she did was stand and sing, she never moved. Which I guess I was expecting because she isn't even in her own music videos and when she performs on live TV that's all she does as well. So she stands and sings while a few people on stage dance or act out in mime, it was a little too avant guarde for my taste I guess. Honestly it was a pretty boring concert. But everyone seemed to love it . A lot people singing every word to every song. It was a really great atmosphere I felt as well. A lot of nice people at Sia concerts, no one got rowdy. There were no wow moments for me at all. But Sia did her thing, she sounded just like she did on the radio. But u can't see her face due to the wigs so on emotional songs I wanted to see the expression on her face, but no luck. But again, that's how she does all of her televised performances as well so it wasn't a surprise. I guess I was kinda waiting for the end and maybe she would take the wig off and talk to the people who came to the concert, but she never did. However, there was a video at the end of the concert that did show her face, so that was kind cool. I would recommend it, it was a good time.

The most creative/artistic show I've been to! Amazingly fluid and entertaining. I've been a fan since Zero 7 and she still ceases to amaze with her witty style and amazing voice.

    Sia was breathtaking.

by Carly1224 on 11/4/16Smoothie King Center - New Orleans

After reading what seemed to be a mix of good and bad reviews between the opening acts and Sia's performance itself I've discovered that those people simply must not understand her style of art or suffer the misfortune of a closed mind. AlunaGeorge was the first to take the stage. I have never heard of her in my life and I didn't look up any of her songs beforehand but in my mind, I pictured her and a guitar playing a form of indie music. Boy, was I ever wrong. When her first song came on, I was in shock. The beats and bass had me wanting to stand up and dance. Although she had what is considered a "high pitched voice" she knew how to use it and she sounded great. I immediately became a fan. Next up was Miguel. He has a great voice and not all of his songs are bad yet I just cannot get past his arrogant personality. I'll never forget watching the Billboard Music Awards a couple years ago where he attempted to successfully jump from the stage to a platform located in the middle of the crowd. The idiot hit and landed on two girls so hard I remember jumping off the couch in utter shock. He was too worried about looking like the fool he already was that he didn't even bother checking to make sure that they were okay. Going back to his performance, what ticked me off was when he asked everyone to stand and then began chanting "F Donald Trump" I've gotta say, this review is coming from someone who already voted and I'm a lefty at that but I do not condone stupidity whether I'm on the same side or not. There were many, many children at this concert and it was completely uncalled for. I don't know how in the world he partnered with Sia's phenomenal tour. Anyway, moving on. After Miguel finally finished, Sia came on not too long afterwards and she absolutely took my breath away. No, she does not address the audience the way some do. She allows the dancers to tell the story while her beautiful voice fills the entire space. She is so unbelievably talented and I swear her voice got better and better with every song that she sang. I never wanted it to end but after the encore, she thanked us again and again and even laughed that adorable "Sia laugh" before the curtain fell while continuing to thank us. I have been a Sia fan for many years and I remember watching an interview awhile back saying that she was far too shy to ever tour. She's already giving us fans so much and who knows if she will continue touring in upcoming years. I'm so grateful I was able to see her spectacular performance that she put her heart and soul into. To her fans, you will not be disappointed.

    alright concert

    by roxy9 on 11/4/16Philips Arena - Atlanta

i was more hype on my way to this concert than the actual concert event. i love her music so i was really looking forward to seeing her in concert, but it was kind of a let down. her opener was Miguel and i'm not really a fan of him so i timed it to where i would miss his set (well i was wrong) because my friends and i got there at 8:20ish and he was still performing! He went on till 8:45 and then we waited till 9:30 for Sia to come out. Her set was dull, but i didn't mind because it Sia! At first, I thought it was awesome/tech savvy that they were displaying the live performance on the two side screens and making it look like it was a music video but then I noticed there was a difference and came to find out that the screens were displaying pre-recorded performance =( And then to top that off she sped through her set list, didn't interact with the audience, didn't move from her spot, wasn't shown on the big screen, and only performed like 16 songs. I just felt like listening to her on itunes in my home would've given me the same experience. I know she doesn't like attention/fame/showing her face but still i expected more! =(

    EVERYTHING I EXPECTED AND MORE!!

by Lastonelikeme on 11/4/16Philips Arena - Atlanta

I knew going in that Sia herself would "just be singing", but to say that's all there was would be severley inaccurate. For starters, her voice was AMAZING, even better than studio recordings. As far as the show was concerned, I found the dance routines profound, creative, and vastly entertaining. It was a special joy to actually see Maddie Z do her thing. Her talent for her age, is unmatched. I've seen where some people were upset about the pre-recorded screen, but for me that added an extra special touch, and I sure made the concert more enjoyable for people who may not have had the best seats.

I came for Miguel and left a Sia fan

by JamesOlsen on 11/4/16Philips Arena - Atlanta

The lines were the quickest I've ever been in for a concert. The meet and greet was really more of a photo op .I would be great if was somehow listed BEFORE buying tickets.Aluna George had a minimal setup that forced you to focus on them and it was kind of dark.It felt like more of a movie setting because of the lighting. Miguel's set was the exact opposite.Repeated use of blinding lights that would break the otherwise peaceful imagery scenes. He was high energy if you were watching him but not so much if you heard him.It seemed like his mic was on low the entire time and I couldn't understand why the audio engineers didn't turn it up. Sia's sets used the lights in ways I didn't know were possible. I won't spoil I for you. Sia herself remained stationery but that wasn't a problem. The performance stage for each of her songs had a story that may as well been its own musical ballet.Must see !

    Different

by Jibaraloca on 11/4/16Amway Center - Orlando

This show was totally different from what I'm used to see in concert. Both performances by Sia and Miguel were awesome! The dancing/theater performed by Maddie Ziegler and the rest of the performers was amazing! Great show!

    Migel opening act for Sia

by Anonymous on 11/4/16Philips Arena - Atlanta

I was beside myself that I paid money to see this. Migel screamed 'fuck Donald trump' with children in the crowd. I would never support an artist who brought their political beliefs to an event. I was there for Sia and was sadly disappointed. My husband and I left shortly after 10 because it sounded like she was lip singing. I still love her music but I wouldn't have spent money to just see the girl dance and hear the song exactly how it is on the radio.

    Sia was amazing !!

by Coweequeen on 11/4/16Philips Arena - Atlanta

Hit after hit sung effortlessly for ninety minutes straight without any break in between except for maybe seconds. I'm 61 and this concert definitely was in my top five and I've been to several! Maddie and dancers expressed the emotions of the songs perfectly and I thought just a perfect addition. This concert was an artistic experience. Make sure to stay to the every end- surprise, surprise!

    Long-time Sia/Zero 7 fan very disappointed

    by 0HH3LLN0 on 11/3/16Phillips Arena - Atlanta

It was terrible. She may as well have not even been there. Frankly, I have no reason to believe she ever was. Just to be clear, I have been a long-time fan of Sia since she played with Zero 7. I've seen here twice previously, in much smaller venues (before she got big), and the shows were FANTASTIC. I paid a good bit of money for what would normally be very good seats right on the floor, and I wish I would have just watched the scenes on YouTube instead. What a waste. Save your time, money, and hopes.
