  • Excellent

Really fun. Dude is great at piano and has a very solid voice, and you can't beat the material. This was a GREAT concert. Would have loved Levon and Funeral for a Friend / Love Lies Bleedin'... oh and Sorry Seems to be the Hardest Word. But, you can't have everything. This show was GREAT! Thanks for doing it. What a talented guy! I really enjoyed it, and the venue is nice and comfortable. Love CCA. Oh, he's from Oklahoma. But, I'm a Husker. Go Big Red. No, not that kind of red. Scarlet and Cream. :-) Thanks for a fantastic show at a reasonable price!

  • Great show!

We enjoyed the show as the 2 performers were personable and created a rapper with the audience from the get go. Their singing was great and relating stories about Carole King and James Taylor added to the show.

  • Carole King & James Taylor concert

by Poor person with limited funds on 2/9/22Chandler Center for the Arts - ChandlerRating: 2 out of 5

Music sometimes overwhelmed the singing. Singers were good, tough to compare to the originals. Audience seemed lifeless ... not sure if it is a statement about them or the entertainers.

My daughter and I attended the tribute show to Carole King and James Taylor at Gammage Theater in AZ. She did not really like the show (thought Kristen D. was too "theatrical" and didn't recognize most of the songs sung). I was impressed with Kyle Sorrell and his performance of Taylor's songs. Although KD had a good voice and stage presence, her interpretation of King didn't work for me either. The band was excellent, and I enjoyed watching it more than the singers!

This was our second show with this company. Both met our expectations. The band is really good but the singers were even better. Can’t wait for the next one.

Ive never been to Chandler center for the arts. Beautiful venue. We sat right wing half way back and great view of stage. The 3 women had great voices and showmanship. Sometimes sang together and sometimes solo. Started with Billie holiday, through aretha, dianna ross, Dionne Warwick up to whitney Houston and donna summer. And more. Gteat show!!

  • Fantastic show

We had never been to the Chandler Center for the Arts before. The parking was free and easily accessible. Great start. The venue was awesome. Seating was comfortable and tiered so no one had to peer around the people in front. The acoustics were terrific as well. But the best part was the three singers. Wow, what voices! The choice of songs and the arrangements were extremely well thought out. Can’t say enough about this show. We’ve already booked tickets for two more concerts. Kudos, ladies, you were awesome!

  • Didn’t expect to find such talent in Arizona!

Bought tickets to the New Years Eve Best of Broadway show and got great seats. I am an avid showtune lover and expected a generic performance but was pleasantly surprised. All of the performers had a great sound and fantastic stage presence. I highly recommend seeing any of the company’s shows!

  • Wonderful Show!

My husband and I spent New Years Eve at Chandler Center for the Arts attending the Showtune Production of Best of Broadway. It was an outstanding performance of four amazing singers and a conductor who was also the pianist with the orchestra. It was a fast paced and spirited performance with a little history of the composers thrown in. It was a great way spend an evening. I highly recommend it.

It was incredibly well done, they all had strong beautiful voices. The choreography was gracefully minimal, just right, right down to their facial expressions. Musicians and lighting also spot on. Thoroughly enjoyed it, a lovely evening.
