Very pleased I got to see SWR! I'm hoping they'll find their way back here soon!
To be able to watch She Wants Revenge perform their debut album in its entirety was a memorable experience to last a lifetime. Justin and Adam did not disappoint in providing stellar musicianship and performance from vocals to keyboards to guitars. They, along with the rest of the band, stayed true to each song and performed additional songs requested by fans via Facebook and other social media. I hope they come back to Chicago soon and hoping for new music from them!
What an amazing full of energy show! Sound was excellent. I'll never miss another She Wants Revenge show if they are in the area. Totally worth seeing.
Fantastic show! I couldn't stop jamming all night. Absolutely love their sound and they played all my favorite songs. Would love to go see them again :)
The band is one of the best bands I've ever seen live. They play a huge set and include all of their hits.
This concert totally rocked! I have their music but never seen them live before. I'll never miss another show after this concert. They sounded fantastic, Justin's voice live is better than the album versions. Venue was small but that made it more intimate and the sound was great in there.
I can't say enough about this show. I was originally expecting to see them in Houston the following night. However, I had a friend coming to San Antonio and as luck would have it-"She Wants Revenge" was playing there as well. It's rare to me to find a band this good playing in small, intimate settings. They were always very expressive of how appreciative they were to their fans when I had seen them in previous shows in Houston. I brought a friend to the San Antonio show who did not know of them and is now a fan. Loved the venue!
The show and venue were amazing! She Wants Revenge played every song I'd want to hear and that being said I could've stayed dancing and singing along for 3 more hours! They were genuinely grateful to the audience and invited us to meet them after the show.
Seen these guys from the beginning... 10 years ago. They still have it. A must see great encore Great venue site angles were terrific.
She Wants Revenge made a phenomenal comeback after they took a long absence. Bringing back that dark wave nostalgia revived that 'goth' scene that made it bittersweet to experience. The band played their more well-known songs, which included the famous "Tear You Apart" that was played in the popular TV show, American Horror Story: Hotel. Overall, what made this concert complete, besides their fantastic performance, was that I completed a dream of mine to watch them play and have the opportunity to hang out with them after the show and take a picture with them! This band will never disappoint!
Wonderful performance, thought I'd never have the pleasure of seeing them live!
Second time seeing She Wants Revenge and once again I was blown away. They put on such a great show, not only is the sound amazing but Justin and Adam have such great stage presence that you never want to look away. So happy they did a reunion tour, blown away that they played literally every song in their album and then came back to play some extras. If the opportunity to see them live occurs again I will surely be there!
We may be biased but for good reason! We were lucky enough to see them twice while they were in Florida. I implore anyone that hasn't heard them or maybe hasn't listened in a while to take a listen. Music means many different things to different people. What I love about she wants revenge is that I believe it resonates so personally to people and their fan base is fierce. To me it's, angst, brutal honesty, thought provoking, happiness, acrimonious and above all full of love and passion. Deep, dark music that resonates like no other to me personally. Adam and Justin are incredible poets and performers! Great indie band that should not be missed if they come to you city!
Just love them! If you've never seen them, you are really missing out. They put on a GREAT show. This was my 3rd time to see them and they never disappoint!
She Wants Revenge was amazing! A really great band to see live!, but the whole experience was wrong! The tickets said 8:00 PM and doors opened long past this hour. It did't say anything about opening acts... they were two, very bad and distasteful opening bands with the worst sound ever!! Finally past 11:00 pm the show for what I paid for started! and it was great but the whole experience was exhausting. By that time I was already stunned. It would be much better to know this in advance. I don't recommend this venue to see your favorite artists. This is not a venue for live shows, Revolution Live is just a bar with live acts! Usually overcrowded, more concerned in selling drinks than providing a great live show experience...
I was lucky enough to purchase VIP tickets (sold separately by SWR), so I got to meet Adam and Justin and be there for the sound check. I was in the front row for the whole show. They sound even better than the album. The crowd was great, security was nice. They played the whole first album plus an encore of 5 songs. After the show they stayed to sign autographs and meet with the fans. They are so humble and nice. I would recommend going to a SWR show to everyone!
They were amazing! The show was great. The no re-entry policy sucks.
Awesome show. The opening band was also really good.
The entire show was definitely a dance party. From start to finish and the crowd was very into the whole set. This was my first time seeing them and I was not disappointed at all. Even if you are not very familiar with their music, you will have a good time.
She wants revenge was great. I walked out on Murphy twice. I went to see the show twice when the bands played in the New York area. The first night Murphy sat on his ass as the band opened their set. Just can't stand someone who feels they can treat their fans that way. Thought that it would be better the second night and it was the same. On the other hand, She Wants Revenge was just great on both nights.
