I want to gravel to next city just to see it again!
It was a wonderful show with a variety of music and dance styles. The lighting was very well done. I loved the whole thing and I will never hear some songs in the same old way again.
Great performance; the modern songs used in some of the performances helped.
Dancers were phenomonal favorite numbers were Florence & the Machines number & the roaring 20's. The only thing that didn't seem to grab or move you was the music. Too electronic & synthesizer didn't have the emotional pull or melody that would have made the overall experience spectacular.
This show was outstanding. A story told through music and dance...amazing dancing! I would go see this show over & over!
The first two introductory numbers of Shaping Sound were beautiful danced but the sound system was set so loud that it was overall an unpleasant experience. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5 stars. Then the volume of the audio sound was lowered, our hearing was saved and we could enjoy the gorgeous dancers, their dancing and the wonderful choreography. A night of superb dancing to remember for a long time. Our one regret was that the dancers were not individually introduced by name at the end of the performance.
Such and inspiring group of dancers/ choreographers! The story was beautiful and creative. The articulation of the choreography was stunning. I loved every moment!
Show was excellent! Packed house! Would suggest everyone go see this!!
Awesome show! If you didn't make you missed out and if your thinking about going in another city it's a must!
This was a show where the dancing out shined the production - some extraordinary dancing, particularly from the male dancers, including some really breathless moments. If they could turn down the music a bit, shine more light on the faces of the dancers (too dark most of the time), and change the format from an attempt at a storyline (very weak) to just some great dance numbers like the masquarade ball and the roaring 20's bar scene, they would have a show worthy of Broadway.
This show far exceeded my expectations. Sensational dancing and inventive choreography. Simply put: if you're a fan of dance, this is a must!
This is by far the best dance show that we have ever seen. The storyline was told beautifully. The dancers were perfection the lines were gorgeous! We can't wait for Shaping Sound to tour again and we will be there to cheer them on:-)
Hands down the best dance show we have seen. My daughter was a dancer her whole life and I have been to hundreds of dance events and shows. These guys know how to put on a great show. You are mesmerized by all of them ( of course I am partial to Nick) he just draws you in and you cannot stop watching him. I loved their Oxygen show and we will continue to follow their careers, as I know they will all have successful ones.
