Shaky Boots Festival
Making its grand return to downtown Atlanta since 2015, Shaky Boots Festival takes place at Central Park, May 8-9, 2020. A Southern country festival true to its roots with a modern edge, Shaky Boots will feature over 20 bands across two stages with no overlapping sets. On Friday, Brandi Carlile, John Prine, Alison Krauss, Gary Allan, Tanya Tucker and more take the stage, while Dierks Bentley, Dwight Yoakam, Jamey Johnson, Morgan Wallen, Clint Black and more will close out the festival on Saturday!
In addition to two full days of music, fans can expect food options from the region with local Atlanta flavor as well as interactive on-site activities to explore in between sets from your favorite artists. Fans may also bring festival-compliant chairs to sit back, relax, and enjoy the music in a designated chair zone.
GA+ Tickets offer fans a private retreat with seating, shade, air-conditioned restrooms, complimentary water and soft drinks, and a full-service cash bar. VIP Tickets include prime viewing areas at both festival stages as well as a viewing platform with premium sightlines at the Peachtree Stage, access to two VIP lounges with seating, premium restrooms, food for purchase, complimentary bites at the Peachtree Lounge, full-service cash bars, complimentary beer, water and more.
Platinum Tickets include exclusive viewing areas at both stages, a private viewing deck with elevated sightlines of the main stage, side-stage viewing at the main stage, access to the Platinum Lounge featuring relax seating, a full-service open bar, complimentary bites, catered dinner, premium restrooms, daily acoustic performances by select Shaky Boots artists, concierge services, access to all VIP and GA+ areas and more!
The music was fabulous! Great price to see so many acts! Suggestions- more women's bathrooms- the line was at least 50 deep all day by main stage more stations selling nonalcoholic drinks more then 1 station selling shirts/ more staff- spent almost an hour in line! Lots of event staff/ police. Great crowd control! I'd go every year!
Great venue, amazing performances, great names. Wish more artists had been there but loved everyone!
The Band Perry and Blske Shelton were awesome! We had a great time! Could have had a better way to handle traffic leaving the venue..,was very chaotic.

The festival was very, very well organized from a logistical standpoint. They seem to have thought of everything. The artists were all top-notch country artists who clearly enjoyed performing at the festival and were happy to be there.
Blake Shelton was amazing, as were The Band Perry, Kip Moore and Dierks Bentley. Hope this event happens again next year. Only thing I would change is to stagger the start times in between acts and not put the more popular artists in the back of the venue.
Lots of artists, clean and well planned/organized.
The lineup was great, food choices were great, even the lines to get food or a drink were not bad at all. The shuttle arrangements were absolutely terrible. None of the parking lots were color coded and after the event there was no sort of organization or lines for the shuttle buses. Everyone was in a crowd just fighting to get on a bus and the buses would just stop at random places for pickup. There was also no color coding of the buses for the different colored parking lots so every shuttle went to every parking lot. Overall it was great but they seriously need to work on their transportation issues!
This was THE BEST idea to bring the best country artists to Kennesaw! I cannot tell you how much more enjoyable it was to NOT have to drive to Atlanta to see a concert! There should be MANY more things like this at KSU and Kennesaw! Kudos!
all the artists were great! However there should've been a better way to get to the far stage. There was a major bottleneck issue causing us to miss the begining/end of performances.
The entire festival was amazing. I loved every minute of it. Great acts, great venue! Probably the best music event I've ever attended!

We went on Saturday. All the performers did a fantabulous job! We really enjoyed ourselves.
Big time artists, food, drinks, good times, what more can you ask for?!? Great layout, amazing atmosphere, we had an awesome time! Will be back next year!
Music was great would have like to see some more GA country locals like Tyler Hammond, Sam Hunt Getting something to eat was an issue. Lines were very long and ended up having to leave venue to eat. Lines were 45 minutes to an hour long at food trucks. Very little options other than that.
I have to admint I had my doubts at first about how well this event was going to be. To my surprise it was The Best Event I have ever been a part of. It amazes me the talent line up and how organized the event was and how nice the workers were! I could go on and on and on! Nicely Done! I will be back next year!
