My toddlers loved the show. They love music and the characters were great. They can't stop talking about it.
my 17month old had a wonderful time! she sang and danced the whole show. and she definitely remembered the show, all weekend she was yelling "abby! elmo! ernie! big bird!" i recommend the floor seats in front of the stage or to either side. Some of the characters come up the aisles and my daughter got a little scared by the Count but loved seeing ernie and rosita dance so close. Even if you can't afford close seats, they do have the "playzone" the hour before the show starts, where the kids can be right with ernie and zoey and murray dancing.
The was as expected "about the kids" the performance was not at all what I thought should be for the price of tickets. I mean, did I have to pay $50 more dollars for Elmo to greet my child? The seats were in a good location but I felt that the show was average.
It was a lovely musical for kids but one that an adult could enjoy as well. Everyone will laugh and dance. They also teach the letter and number of the day as they do on the tv show. It is educational and fun!
It was great my son had a blast! I would recommend that they save the balloons until the end of the show it's hard to keep the down during the show.
The kids loved the show and had a great time! Even my 7 year old enjoyed it! I think it may have been about 20 minutes too long, as evidenced by the number of parents leaving with crying children before the second half was over. It was difficult to settle the kids down and have them pay attention after the intermission (I wonder if its even necessary to have one). And its probably not a good idea to sell Elmo balloons during the intermission and then ask people to hold them down so people can see during the second act. But the performers did a great job and the costumes were amazing!
This was the first time I took my 2 year old daughter and she loved it. I thought she was not going to sit still but to my surprise, she enjoyed it. My 6 year old son, did not. I konw it wasn't something that he would enjoy but I felt that we should do things as a family and that is why he went. Over all, it was a fanatastic show. Will do it again, once Sesame Street returns.
overall an enjoyable event for both adults and kids. my 16 month old could not stop staring at the characters and the music was spot on. also a good mention to the creators the timing is perfect not too long and not too short for the kiddies
My 21 month old daughter didn't blink through the entire show!!! We all LOVED IT!! can't wait for the next one!!
The theme, music, dancing, etc. was all great for toddlers. It was easy to follow and able to hold the attention of lil busy bodies!
I brought my daughter to see Sesame Street Can't Stop Singing, and it was her 1st show ever, as she is 14 months. I was originally concerned about whether or not my baby would sit still for an entire show or if she was going to get nervous. Luckily, she absolutely loved the show. From the start, she was mezmerized. She sat on my lap the entire show and stared at the stage and watched as the characters moved around. She also began clapping and making happy noises. I was so happy that this show is where I chose to take my baby first.
Kids had great time, it was a lot of fun for them. I would recommend it to anyone with kids.
Great show for the kids. My daughter loved it. But c'mon man $10 Elmo balloons is a bit extreme, it's for the kids try not to rob the guests so much.
Can't Stop Singing was a fantastic show, and my kid loved it. Well, he loved the first half. After the intermission pretty much everyone in the audience was ready to go home. Why why why have an intermission during a little kid's show?
My wife and I took our daughter, who is two, to Sesame Street Live as a present for her being just an overall wonderful child. We arrived 30 minutes early anticipating that we would be waiting in our seats for the show to start, but we are happily mistaken! There was a Play Place that the kids could take pictures with interactive cut outs of the Sesame characters, free crayons and paper to color with, and an electronic, blue mirror! We enjoyed our time there taking pictures and watching our daughter get so excited about taking pictures with Abby and Elmo and the rest of the gang. Then came the show, I highly recommend getting a floor seat or the first row in sections 1, 2, or 3. This would bring the children close enough to see the characters as to far back would lose their attention. The show was well put together, the story line, the singing, the dancing, just really amazing. By the 3rd song my daughter's feet were going crazy and by the 6th song she was dancing on my lap. Starting the second half of the show the children were ready to go and when the music and dancing began again, the children were in the aisles and on the seats dancing. It was really a joy to see my daughter enjoying herself so much. I would highly recommend taking your child! it is well worth it!
I was worried my 18 month old daughter would not be into the show and we would end up leaving. I was wrong. She loved it and was completely into the show from beginning to end. We were 7 rows from the stage. We were close enough for her to see the characters and was not too loud for her little ears. Loved the pre-show area to take pics with the characters and activity areas. The only negative I have is the price of the Elmo balloon they sell at intermission....$10? really? Otherwise....the show was great and we had lots of fun. Can't wait to go to another show.
My daughter loved the show! She can't stop talking about it
Returned to Izod to see Sesame Street Live and it was such a treat for our two granddaughters. We had Floor Seats and the characters interacted with the kids and it was an incredible experience for them. The performers work SO hard to make it special and I highly recommend the show for little ones.
It was very short and I dont feel it was an attention getting show. We say Yo gabba gabba about 6 months ago and that was a very entertaining show. I have a 2 1/2 year old. She liked it but I found myself pointing her more in the direction of the stage than looking at the other kids. It just didnt seem to hold her attention throughout the show like Yo gabba gabba did. She was still singing on the way out of that one.
