It was the first show that we took our first granddaughter to. She loves Sesame Street and especially Elmo. She enjoyed the show but I would have liked to have a better view especially with my husband being visually impaired. I was surprised at how empty it was with being opening night.

  • Sesame Street Live: Can't Stop Singing was great

I took my 3 year old grandson and his mother to see this production. He was absolutely mesmerized as were most of the children there. I think I saw some parents that were just as involved with the music as the kids. It was a fabulous production and not so long that the kids got restless. I will definitely take him and my granddaughter next time it is in Raleigh. What great family fun and fond memories made.

  • Just OK

Sesame St. Live this year (Can't stop singing) was not as good as last year. The set was not colorful. It was mainly a black curtain with a music score painted in it in white. Most singing was done by one character at a time in front of the plain black curtain. It did not grab the attention if my three year old. She wanted to leave once the second act started.

My daughter enjoyed Sesame Street Live! She especially loved the meet and greet with 3 of the characters! She is 3 and that is a good age for the event. We had a good time! Great show!

This show was awesome! I think everyone, adults & children enjoyed it! My girls ( 1 & 2 1/2) we're both singing, dancing and in full awe! We had the DVD prior and it's one of their favorites! Hubby & I knew all the songs from that DVD! We laugh about it! Would love to have seen characters maybe dance out into the audience... That would be memorable to kids I'm sure! Also... You were losing the kids attention during the slower songs... Keep it upbeat & wild!!! It was a hilarious & fun show!! Can't wait for next show!! Did get scared at end w the confetti... Noise was just not appropriate. Maybe a bell or something less (gunshot) scary sounding.

It was excellent. We have an 18 month old grandaughter and she was captured the entire time. Fortunate enough that we had a seat where shw could dance and be a part of the show. I would only recommend, forgoing the intermission if at all possible. I know the cast has to take a breahter but small children are hard to rein back in after they have moved around.

  • Great Show!

We truly enjoyed the experience. I thought our seats were about 20 rows back but then when we got there we were in the third row! It was a pleasant surprise. Our 2yr old was scared at first but warmed up quickly and loved it. A word of caution: at intermission they send out a guy with a giant bundle of Cookie Monster/Elmo balloons ($8 each). Very smart on their part.

The music was too loud and confusing for my 4 year old grandson . Nothing familiar from Sesame Street show. We left early.

My son and I enjoyed the event from the venue's staff to the characters! It was our first event and we loved it. I don't know who enjoyed the event more: the parents or the kids. Hopefully Elmo will stop in Jacksonville, FL next time!

I had a blast and my daughter was on the edge of her seat the whole time!!! The only reason why I didn't give a perfect 5 is because the meet and greet could have been a bit more entertaining. The room was simple nothing special or spectacular to blow your mind. My daughter had a blast so maybe I need to think at an 2year olds level. It would have been nice to meet all the characters from Sesame Street not just 3.We had floor sunny seats second row they were perfect. I loved the interaction the characters had with the kids when they came down into the audience. The memorabilia was over priced. The balloons were 8$ For example I think that's outrageous. Cotton candy was 5$.

Our little guy loved Sesame Street Live. All the characters were there. He was able to sing and dance along. We'll be going back for sure.

  • Very entertaining show

by VMarinello on 5/15/14Bojangles' Coliseum - CharlotteRating: 4 out of 5

Very entertaining for our 6 month old. The area of the arena sectioned off for the show was smaller than expected so it felt very intimate. Only issue we experienced was the volume level seemed unusually loud. My ears were hurting so I could only imagine how loud it was to the kids.

  • Sesame Street Live- not worth the $$$$$

The show was not worth the money. The tickets were very expensive and the was not very elaborate at all.
