About

Imagine singing and dancing with Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Big Bird and all your favorite Sesame Street Live friends!  It's as easy as counting "1-2-3 ... Imagine!" This high-energy musical will transport audiences to far away places as Ernie captains the high seas, Elmo dances to the rhythm of the African rainforest and Bert meets an octopus who has the blues.  It's a story of adventure and fun that teaches children they can be anyone, do anything and go anywhere with the power of imagination.

    Awesome show

by 1Fans on 10/5/09Ej Nutter Center - Dayton

My husband and I surprised our son with a trip to see the show and he absolutely loved it. We take him every year to see a different Sesame Street show and each year he can't wait to go back again.

Fun fun fun for the kids and parents

by Japanesemom on 10/5/09Ej Nutter Center - Dayton

The music they selected was not just for the kids but for adults too. My 5 year old daughter loved it. So did we. We sat 5th row on the floor. We didn't get to see the front angle but it was still absolutely wonderful because we were so close. I would recommend the producers to do the following: Instead of the expensive $10 Elmo balloon, you would have been better off having photo sessions with characters. I would bet a lot more people (grand parents) would have spent money for "the memories" rather than the balloons. Besides, the balloons should have been $5 then you would have sold them all! I would have been willing to pay more for the photos, not the balloons. There was a similar show 10 years ago here in town, my son, who was 3 at the time, enjoyed the photo sessions with characters and we still have the pictures. We were hoping to do the same for our daughter but didn't get to. Still it was a very nice, uplifting show.

    Elmo was a big hit!

by avasmommy07 on 10/5/09Ej Nutter Center - Dayton

My 2 year old daughter loved the show. The sesame street characters take many trips off the stage to interact with the audience which was really exciting for my daughter. She was able to shake hands with many of the characters and to say hi to them. The songs and dances were very entertaining for the both of us. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a sesame street lover at home.

The whole show was amazing from beginning to end. I would have liked to have had the opportunity to have a photo opportunity with the characters.

    Sesame Street Live 1 2 3 Imagine

by jasom on 10/5/09Ej Nutter Center - Dayton

Took 3 & 2 year old grandaughters to show. 2 year old danced all through. 3 year old tried to listen to what characters were saying and from our vantage point in handicapped seating, she was not able to hear everything. Character's conversations were muddled. Otherwise it was a very goo show for little ones.

    Sesame Street Live: 123...Imagine

by scooter22 on 10/5/09Ej Nutter Center - Dayton

I thought the show was awsome. I took my twin grandaughters (23 months) my daughter and my 84 year old mother. The twins loved it as the know Elmo and all of his friends. What I most like about the event, the staff at the Nutter Center could not have been any more helpful. They offered my mother (84 years) to use the elevator so she would not have to walk back up all of those stairs. I am so thankful for their kindness.

Nothing will ever top this event! It was bright, colorful, engaging and a great learning experience. My 2 year old couldn't stop exclaiming at the colors and songs and characters. He was constantly waving hi at big bird and elmo. THANK YOU so much for holding this show. Please bring it or the like back as many times as you can.

Elmo and the Gang were Great!

by KelNosz on 10/4/09Ej Nutter Center - Dayton

My kids (5 and 21 months) had an absolute blast! What a great show. Big furry, loveable characters, bright lights, dancing, singing, shooting confetti - what more could a kid (or nostalgia-loving adult) want? The Nutter Center ushers were awesome, too. Good to see nice, kid-loving people working the event.

1-2-3 Imagine a good kids show

by kmassey on 10/4/09Ej Nutter Center - Dayton

My granddaughter seemed to like the show the best when they used the characters in the black light. Bert with the fish and the butterflies was pretty cool. The overall show was pretty good. Would be better if the characters would interact more with the kids in the audience. They walked around some for the people that had floor seats, but should get out more to the people without floor seats.

    4 Toddlers in Paradise!

by MusicKate on 10/4/09Ej Nutter Center - Dayton

This is a great show! I invited 4 of my girlfriends and their kids and we couldn't have been happier! Our kids were totally into it and for kids this age (2-3) that is a rare thing! There wasn't a meltdown to be found : ) They even planned a 15 minute intermission which allowed the kids to run around for a few minutes before the show continued. I would highly recommend this show for any kids 2-6.

    Elmo & Friends

by Dedadear on 10/4/09Ej Nutter Center - Dayton

Our 2-year-old was only happy when Elmo was on stage, which is often. The cast seemed to have dancing talent and singing talent. especially the female host. I was surprised that no CD was available, because music and lyrics were delightful. The pace was fast as the age group requires,. Stage sets, puppetry and costuming spared no expense.

    Nurture your child's Imagination!

by MimiMary on 10/4/09Ej Nutter Center - Dayton

Sesame Street has done it again!!! On Saturday, October 3rd, we took our grandson to the Sesame Street Live:123...Imagine show!!!! We were expecting entertainment, but we got so much more than that!!!!! What a spectacular theatrical production that was absolutely perfect for the little ones. The stage characters were so life like and believable...not at all scary or intimidating. Our 2 and a half year old was totally engrossed in the full 90 minute production....without one moment of boredom. The sets and lighting were simply magnificent. Many kudos to the production team.

16 mo's old daughter - 1st Show and So Worth It!

by firstshow2010 on 10/3/09Ej Nutter Center - Dayton

We were so pleased with the show. We thought our daughter might be too young but she loves Elmo's World so we thought we'd give it a shot. The music wasn't too loud, the lighting wasn't too dark. We were in the 2nd row stadium seats (versus the floor). The characters were so large and colorful. The music was so upbeat that we all couldn't stop bouncing in her seats. It was fast paced and the intermission was very helpful. The set/stage was very well done and colorful. The dance choregraphy was impressive and well beyond what I was expecting. We can't wait to see another performance togther. We paid $8 for the program - pricey but my daughter keeps making me "read" it to her. Paid $10 for a mylar Elmo balloon - thougth this was wrong, especially when every kid in the Nutter center was begging for one - alot of pressure for parents. It better last a month.

    best I have seen!

by ohiomomof2 on 10/3/09Ej Nutter Center - Dayton

Lots of colors and great songs the kids could pick up on quickly. Great sets and props. Makes the disney show we saw this summer look subpar.
