The seating chart and the seats are very different. Buying tickets it shows the general admission tickets close to the court when in fact they are a good ways away. I don't mind sitting on the end of the court, but not 50+ feet away to the first row.
Customer service and cleanliness all around were wonderful. The check in/ticketing experience could be better. When people are struggling to use their mobile device, have them immediately go to another area. Holding up the line and having 5-8 minute delays is disrespectful to the people in line behind them.

We had a fantastic time at the game. Seats were way better than I thought for general admission because we got there early. Of course the game was awesome because Carolina won 😁 🏆!!

I wish there was other options for drinks including alcohol. Majority of people attending this event were adults and i have went to other college basketball games where alcohol was served with no issues. Other than that i had a great time and seats were comfortable. Viewing was great and i was in the next level seats. Will attend again for the Womens NCAA games coming up this month..
Nice facility. Managed to get parking at the Church St lot each day so that was convenient. Not thrilled about the no cash situation for vendors. Also would have loved to see some team merch, not just SEC. Good scheduling and everything seemed to move smoothly!
The SEC Tournament in Greenville was awesome! Greenville downtown is one of the nicest in SC…what a great Main Street..so pedestrian friendly. so many businesses…and restaurants and bars within easy walking distance from Bon Secours Arena..and so many reasonably priced parking garages close by…I felt safe and secure walking around…and so many fans from other SEC cities/states..,,and the Arena and all employees/vendors so friendly…great time..
Ticket attendants were nasty. Apparently I wasn’t moving fast enough for them. Other than that it was great
Wish there had been more food vendors for the tournament, but otherwise, bathrooms were clean, staff was helpful, process to enter went well.
Everything was just set up so well. From the entertainment outside to the staff inside and the cleanliness of the restrooms. It was a great atmosphere all the way around.
The SEC Women's Basketball tournament exceeded all of our expectations! The venue was awesome, great food options, and wonderfully helpful individuals at every turn. We enjoyed multiple games on multiple days and were sad to see it end. We cannot wait for 2024 and another family-friendly event that inspires future and current basketball players and fans. Way to go Greenville and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. A fantastic job!!
This was our first time attending the Women SEC TOURNAMENT and it was fantastic!!
I absolutely enjoyed the women's SEC basketball tournament! The atmosphere was great and my friends & I had so much fun hanging out at the games together. Great seats for general admission. Can't wait until next year!
We had a great time at the tournament and in Greenville. We decided for the tournament we’d stay Friday - Sunday. Great choice. Overall a winner!

Everything was great, from the parking to the seating to the College Hameday Experience; we had a blast!!
Will be back in the future to see more basketball along with concerts. Seating is nice and the atmosphere is very friendly.
The digital tickets made it very easy to get in the arena quickly. I felt very safe amongst the large crowd. The games were great. Every seat in the arena provided a great view. They announced that next year 2024 SEC tournament will be held at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena again and we already planned to attend next year. Thank you Ticketmaster for a great experience.
