Great games all weekend. Should’ve been a little more consistent and better calls made by the officials in all the games but overall a great weekend of womens college basketball!
A great experience overall. Love every minute. Got to see my Lady Gamecocks win. Great competitive basketball. Only issue was the seating. A lot of confusion where section was deemed general admission but then we were told it wasn’t though the website showed it as general admission and a lot of the reserved seats were never occupied. I think u either have to make it all general admission or all seats are based off what you purchase. Had a wonderful time look forward to it next year
The staff all around the arena were very friendly and helpful. Food lines were a little longer than anticipated but still were within reason.
What a great staff Bon Secours has!! Came in through the Plaza door…Lori was so great & was there everyday & would remember us! Megan & Stephanie at guest services were so helpful in finding me ADA seating & a wheelchair. Concessions were a bit expensive and could have used more healthy choices. But overall, great experience!
The arena, amenities and, of course, the tournament was excellent!
Everything from the venue side was amazing besides the concessions stand that served pizza. It was always below par. But the venue, the games, the outside events all amazing
Action Packed! These women can play. Excellent facility.
A Buzzer Beater, A Brawl, and a Beast! As a forever lover and former player of the game of basketball, I felt I had to experience the SEC Tournament. As a Gamecock since 1992 and a Dawn Staley fan, I truly came to support my Alma Mater and home team. Words cannot really describe the drama of the weekend and its highs and lows! Cardoso thrilled with her 3-pointer and shocked with the shove she gave Johnson. Thankfully, Fulwiley held it all together by going Beastmode from the bench to bring the Championship home where it should be. My first SEC Tourney is an experience I will never forget. I world not trade being in that arena during this moments for anything.
So much energy from the fans in support of each of their team, "The Well"was electric and was the loudest I've ever heard it on Saturday and Sunday. So much fun, and I hope the SEC Women's Tourney stays in Greenville forever!
The SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament was awesome overall. I look forward to next year’s tournament and hopefully it will be in Greenville as well.
It was very nice, no complaints getting in the door was smooth. The food was kinda high, but I understood they want to make money also. Hope to go back soon.
I purchased tickets for Friday,Saturday and Sunday. The worst feeling was my assigned seat tickets for Saturday and Sunday were refunded due to some error on whoever allowed me to purchase them qhich was communicated. I had to scrammble and get general admissions tickets whuch was not a good feeling. I had to get in line 1 hrs before the doors open and rush in to claim my seats. The event itself was awesome but the ticket purchasing experience was not good.
Had a great time at the Well for the SEC tournament. Most of the staff was super nice and helpful. The 2 ladies at guest services were so helpful when I had seating issues! However, we had an issue at the rotunda door. While we were standing in line, the supervisor (on Friday night) came out and started yelling at everyone about how they were short staffed and everyone better have their tickets ready. How if they didn’t, they would be sent to the back of the line. She also ignored some of the doors that people were lined up at, making them move to the back of the lines instead of opening those doors. If those doors weren’t going to be open, they should have blocked them off.
Living in Columbia, we frequent colonial life Arena for most gamecock events. I noticed this past weekend, y’all did a much better job of notating your general admission seats than CLA does. There was an issue with one of your food vendors on Friday running out of a large part of the menu, but otherwise we had a wonderful weekend!
Venue was very cold in the upper deck, especially on Sunday. Otherwise it's a great venue and we enjoyed the SEC Women's basketball tournament!
Everything Was Amazing From The Seats To The Game. Security Was Also On Their Job And The Parking Directors Were Very Nice And Cordial.
It was a wonderful weekend watching women’s basketball. The fans were great and meeting new people as well. I can’t wait until next year to new players as well as old players returning. Women are taking basketball to another level. Go Gamecocks!!!
I enjoyed my weekend experience during the SEC tournament. We had such a good time. The games were very entertaining!!
What a fun weekend. This could have been better, however. General admission was a nightmare. You had to be at the arena early if you wanted a decent GA seat, making wait times long just to be there before the doors opened. Those seats should be sold like other tickets were sold. Food lines were horrible. Some stations were volunteer only run with little help. Volunteers were working hard, but not enough people to be efficient. If the arena wants to hold such large events, it needs to make sure it can handle and staff the event.
