About

House DJ/producer Sebastian Ingrosso collaborates extensively with Steve Angello, the founder of Size Records, under a variety of monikers including Angello & Ingrosso. Along with Angello, Eric Prydz, and Axwell, Ingrosso is a member of the Stockholm-based group Swedish House Mafia. Though he'd labored as a house producer for several years prior, Ingrosso scored his first major hit in 2005 with "Together," a collaboration with Axwell that was licensed for major-label release. A string of hit collaborations followed in 2007 -- "Get Dumb," billed also to Axwell, Angello, and Laidback Luke; "It's True," billed also to Axwell; and "Umbrella," billed also to Angello -- as did an entry in the two-CD Ministry of Sound mix album series Sessions. ~ Jason Birchmeier, Rovi

  • Ingrosso -SHM!!

Great set by Ingrosso - but typical drops and not a lot of new material.

  • Seb tore it up!

by RustyCans on 4/10/12Roseland Ballroom - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

Seb tore up Roseland ballroom. Playin hit after hit and mixing in new beats that blew my mind. The lighting was insanity and was like nothing I ever seen. The venue was classic NYC. My only complaint was that the sound system was so loud it was slightly distorted and hard to understand the vocals. Otherwise it was one of the wildest nights of my life. You gotta see Seb live.

Awesome event - the music was insane. I love seeing any of the Swedish House Mafia DJs perform!

  • A great night

by Anonymous on 4/9/12Roseland Ballroom - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

The show was amazing, the sets from all DJ's were well thought out and put together. I wish they would start making events at least 19+ or strictly 21+. There were so many "kids" there that start acting like idiots.

  • From Sweden with Love...

by emh1209 on 4/9/12Roseland Ballroom - New York CityRating: 4 out of 5

Damn, I don't know how they do it but the Swedes are seriously taking over the world. I've never seen the three of them together but I've seen each one separately, just missing Steve Angello. I went both Friday and Saturday night, and they were both incredible. Openers were great (Otto, Style of Eye, Carl Kennedy) and Seb was exceptional, playing all his hits as well as his colleague's. Lots of confetti and smoke and energy. Roseland was a great venue, as always, and the lasers... let's just say if I were to look at them for the rest of my life I wouldn't even be mad. ;-)

  • Good times. But not enough people.

    by TheObserver7 on 4/8/12Roseland Ballroom - New YorkRating: 3 out of 5

Sebastian was great! The place somewhat felt empty - it needed more people.

  • Ingrosso is full of energy

by Ilyakovich on 4/8/12Roseland Ballroom - New YorkRating: 4 out of 5

Sebastian Ingrosso's show at Roseland once again proved why he and the Swedish House Mafia are the greatest act in EDM today. Ingrosso packed hit after hit into an almost 3 hour barrage of kick drums and beat drops not giving anyone a chance to slow down and catch their breath. From opening with "Greyhound" to closing with "One" Ingrosso's set was complete with his, SHM's, and his fellow artists' great hits. Even watching him dish out the energy that he did was a testament to his love for the life. If you ever have a chance to see Ingrosso, Axwell, or Steve Angello perform, do it!

  • Sebastian Ingrosso is amazing!!

by Anonymous on 4/8/12Roseland Ballroom - New YorkRating: 4 out of 5

Sebastian Ingrosso is absolutely amazing! I arrived at about 11, the first Dj was also really good but the second DJ that I saw who went on right before Ingrosso was not so good... But either way, as long as there's lights, loud music, and alcohol is has to be fun, right?! If you're looking to dance with alot of women then I wouldn't suggest it. The place was a total sausage fest so in that regard, both Roseland and Ingrosso have got to find ways to get more women in there. But if you just want to go see an amazing DJ this was it, Ingrosso totally killed it!!

  • House Music @ its Best

by Spefacie on 4/8/12Roseland Ballroom - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

AMAZING! That's all I can say! On point from start to finish. The set was epic and the light show was impressive to say the least! When Seb jumped on top of the table you can tell he felt on top of the world!

  • Mind-blowing!!!
