Great game! However the only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is there needed to be more people working at concessions. It was ridiculous how slow it was, and there weren't even many people in line.

Great game back and forth. SU wins down the stretch. Great fun for a prospective SU student and his family to see.

Two D1 hoops games at a very reasonable price in a great arena to see a basketball game (really no bad seats). This was a great evening with exciting matchups. Hope to see it back in 2015.

    Poor will call

by Sickfnhayes on 11/24/14KeyArena - Seattle

The game was great, except most of the first half that I missed. The will call office couldn't find my tickets that I bought on ticketmaster. They told me the computer was down, then it was up but they needed to print my tickets them it went down again. Overall I missed at least 15 minutes of basketball as everybody walked past me and picked up their tickets that were ready to go. lame

Seattle U versus UW--one day could be great

    by Sonics6 on 12/15/12KeyArena - Seattle

Biggest crowd of season for the Redhwks. Once SU becomes great or very good this Annual match-up will be terrific fun for both schools. Could be called the Emerald Cup!

Game was fun, Boise won! There were annoying college kids cheering for Seattle but that was the only bad thing.

    Down to the Wire!

by DeeJayContreylz on 2/16/12KeyArena - Seattle

Almost got down to the wire. Virginia built a few point lead in the last couple closing minutes, but Seattle U seemed to have the upper hand for most of the game. It's not often a team like Virginia comes to town, so you gotta see them while you can.

I waited in line for almost an hour at will call and didn't get into the game until half time. Worst experience at a game ever. I want a refund, but no one will respond to my e-mails at Seattle U.

Once again the Huskies played a fun game, easily beating the Redhawks. Meanwhile, the Redhawks are getting better. We had decent seats for $35, and caught a glimpse of Shawn Kemp. The Key seemed to be evenly split between purple and red. What I haven't figured out is how to get particular seats. Getting them online, the computer chooses them for me. No choice about where or how high, regardless of availability.

    Good time..........

by bcdaddeo on 2/25/11KeyArena - Seattle

UW vs. SU.....this tris a great game because there are no bad guys......either way the home town team wins. It is a great game for SU because they are trying to rebuild their program and Cameron Dollar is a UW guy (coaching wise at least), and the Dawgs are a very talented bunch of guys trying to become a really good team. It was great to order these seats on-line the day before and get (2) seats up high right at mid court.

    Bad will-call lines

by Anonymous on 2/24/11KeyArena - Seattle

The will call and ticket sales lines were combined into one line. Only one booth seemed to be a will call booth and all others were for ticket sales. There was no assistance for a long time and people didn't know what to do or where to go. Got to the facility about 30 minutes before the start of the game, but got my tickets at will call within minutes of the end of the first half.

    Waiting in line...

by Geir on 2/24/11KeyArena - Seattle

I purchased three will-call tickets to last night's basketball game between Seattle U and the University of Washington with a 710 PM tip off. I had invited a friend who drove up from Tacoma and my six year-old son was with me as well. Attached please see the ticket order as well as scanned copies of the tickets. As you may know by now, there was a significant problem with the will-call processing at Key Arena. We lined up at about 645 PM expecting a quick transaction and no problem being seated well before game time. What we faced was nearly an hour's wait along with 100's of other frustrated fans. At one point, the line extended all the way back to the steps leading up to the Center House. There was no attempt that we could discern to ameliorate the situation nor to communicate what was going on. It was extremely frustrating, particularly having to stand outside in the bitter cold for such a long time. We finally got to the front of the line, received our tickets and sat down in our seats with only five minutes left to play in the first half. It is mystifying to me that Seattle University and Key Arena somehow could miscalculate the number of will-call tickets and fail to adequately structure an orderly dissemination of tickets. This number was known in advance by you. It is simply unacceptable to have to wait for almost an hour to pick up tickets that have already been paid for. Needless to say, I will never use will-call as an option again. The parts of the game I saw were entertaining, but the above greatly detracted from the event.

    will call a disaster

by gunnerb on 2/24/11KeyArena - Seattle

VERY UNSATISFIED - the Will Call line was so long and so slow that we did not get in to see the game until the first half was nearly over - nearly a full hour waiting in line (and it was really cold outside) - absolutely ridiculous! i wish i could get my money back.

Horrible Will Call and Game Day Ticketing

by Anonymous on 2/24/11KeyArena - Seattle

I love going to UW games. I hadn't been to a SU game at the Key yet, so I was really looking forward to this game. The problem was SU staffed the ticket windows as they would for a normal game - 2,000 to 3,000 fans. This game had almost 12,000 fans!! By the time we made it into the game, after waiting in the most INSANE Will Call line I have ever seen in my life, the 1st half had 7 minutes remaining. I would guess that there were still 400+ people in the game day tickets/will call line outside when we made it in. It is unacceptable to make fans who showed up on time for the game, with tickets purchased ahead of time, miss almost the entire first half. I'm sure some fans didn't make it inside until after the first half ended. The Will Call situation put an enormous damper on the game and ruined most of the evening. UW blew SU out, so the best part of the game was the first five minutes. UNBELIEVABLE!!
