Ticketmaster Sold us seats that didn't exist

I have been to quite a few games in Key arena (Sonics, Gonzaga, WSU) and there is usually pretty good energy there. Not the case for this game which was seemed more like a high school event.
To start with Ticketmaster sold us, and about 18 other fans, seats that did not exist. The three rows in which we purchased seats can be moved in and out of the arena based on how many fans in wheelchairs may be attending the game. We were directed to go back to the box office and see if there were any seats available to the game. We were then told to call Ticketmaster and deal with them if we wanted any money back for their service fees and processing (which is always a nightmare).
The game itself was rather odd too. After being told that the lower bowl was sold out it appeared to be a little less than half full. Most SU students were gone on break, only 4 members of their band was there and 1 cheerleader. The upper bowl areas were pretty much solid UW fans...making them the "home" teams. Despite this, SU never (not even once) would reply any play in which the Husky players were shown in a good light. No dunks, steals, blocks etc. I think if they want to promote it as a rivalry type game they will have to get over their insecurity and show highlights of the game - both for and against them.
