  • Very nice small arena

by Cosmo on 1/21/20Seattle University Redhawk Center - SeattleRating: 4 out of 5

Arena only holds 999 and it was full and the fans love their Redhawks. Good atmosphere. concessions left a little to be desired, but for that few of people i am sure its hard to have much. Would be nice if they sold beer. Thanks..

  • Ticketmaster Sold us seats that didn't exist

by HuskyHoopsFan on 12/30/16Key Arena - SeattleRating: 2 out of 5

Just went the UW vs SU basketball game and it was one of the oddest games I have ever been to. I have been to quite a few games in Key arena (Sonics, Gonzaga, WSU) and there is usually pretty good energy there. Not the case for this game which was seemed more like a high school event. To start with Ticketmaster sold us, and about 18 other fans, seats that did not exist. The three rows in which we purchased seats can be moved in and out of the arena based on how many fans in wheelchairs may be attending the game. We were directed to go back to the box office and see if there were any seats available to the game. We were then told to call Ticketmaster and deal with them if we wanted any money back for their service fees and processing (which is always a nightmare). The game itself was rather odd too. After being told that the lower bowl was sold out it appeared to be a little less than half full. Most SU students were gone on break, only 4 members of their band was there and 1 cheerleader. The upper bowl areas were pretty much solid UW fans...making them the "home" teams. Despite this, SU never (not even once) would reply any play in which the Husky players were shown in a good light. No dunks, steals, blocks etc. I think if they want to promote it as a rivalry type game they will have to get over their insecurity and show highlights of the game - both for and against them.

  • Elgin Baylor Classic always a slam dunk!

by RJWasThere on 12/25/16KeyArena - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

Hard fought game with some thrilling 3 pointers, Slam Dunks and blocked shots.

Great game! However the only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is there needed to be more people working at concessions. It was ridiculous how slow it was, and there weren't even many people in line.

  • SU v NM State

    by Brownie24 on 1/20/15KeyArena - SeattleRating: 4 out of 5

Great game back and forth. SU wins down the stretch. Great fun for a prospective SU student and his family to see.

Two D1 hoops games at a very reasonable price in a great arena to see a basketball game (really no bad seats). This was a great evening with exciting matchups. Hope to see it back in 2015.

  • Poor will call

by Sickfnhayes on 11/24/14KeyArena - SeattleRating: 2 out of 5

The game was great, except most of the first half that I missed. The will call office couldn't find my tickets that I bought on ticketmaster. They told me the computer was down, then it was up but they needed to print my tickets them it went down again. Overall I missed at least 15 minutes of basketball as everybody walked past me and picked up their tickets that were ready to go. lame

  • Good group of guys

    by Roque97 on 2/12/14KeyArena - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

NMSU has a great group of folks that support their team. Always a great time cheering on the Aggies!!

  • Seattle U versus UW--one day could be great

    by Sonics6 on 12/15/12KeyArena - SeattleRating: 3 out of 5

Biggest crowd of season for the Redhwks. Once SU becomes great or very good this Annual match-up will be terrific fun for both schools. Could be called the Emerald Cup!

Game was fun, Boise won! There were annoying college kids cheering for Seattle but that was the only bad thing.

  • Down to the Wire!

by DeeJayContreylz on 2/16/12KeyArena - SeattleRating: 4 out of 5

Almost got down to the wire. Virginia built a few point lead in the last couple closing minutes, but Seattle U seemed to have the upper hand for most of the game. It's not often a team like Virginia comes to town, so you gotta see them while you can.

  • Go Vandals!

    by VandalAlum96 on 12/13/11KeyArena - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

From the North came a tribe brave and bold... need I say more. Go Vandals!

  • Different Level

    by KATSU1984 on 11/17/11KeyArena - SeattleRating: 2 out of 5

It was Boring game! When they warm up, I thought Seattle would win.

  • Great to see basketball being played @ the Key!

    by 1WckdFan on 3/5/11KeyArena - SeattleRating: 4 out of 5

Great seats! It was fun to see the Huskies play live;even though they didnt play their best game it was still fun and they won.

  • by Anonymous on 3/2/11KeyArena - SeattleRating: 1 out of 5

I waited in line for almost an hour at will call and didn't get into the game until half time. Worst experience at a game ever. I want a refund, but no one will respond to my e-mails at Seattle U.

Once again the Huskies played a fun game, easily beating the Redhawks. Meanwhile, the Redhawks are getting better. We had decent seats for $35, and caught a glimpse of Shawn Kemp. The Key seemed to be evenly split between purple and red. What I haven't figured out is how to get particular seats. Getting them online, the computer chooses them for me. No choice about where or how high, regardless of availability.

  • Good time..........

by bcdaddeo on 2/25/11KeyArena - SeattleRating: 4 out of 5

UW vs. SU.....this tris a great game because there are no bad guys......either way the home town team wins. It is a great game for SU because they are trying to rebuild their program and Cameron Dollar is a UW guy (coaching wise at least), and the Dawgs are a very talented bunch of guys trying to become a really good team. It was great to order these seats on-line the day before and get (2) seats up high right at mid court.

  • UW Wins agsin!

    by MSUW1 on 2/25/11KeyArena - SeattleRating: 4 out of 5

Tons of fun, great seats and great atmosphere! GO DAWGS!

  • Bad will-call lines

by Anonymous on 2/24/11KeyArena - SeattleRating: 2 out of 5

The will call and ticket sales lines were combined into one line. Only one booth seemed to be a will call booth and all others were for ticket sales. There was no assistance for a long time and people didn't know what to do or where to go. Got to the facility about 30 minutes before the start of the game, but got my tickets at will call within minutes of the end of the first half.
