Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field

Seattle Seahawks fans, also known as “The 12s,” are regarded as one of the loudest fanbases in the NFL. The 12s are not only loyal, but in 2013 they proved to be the loudest, setting a Guinness World Record for crowd noise in October and later exceeding it in December.

Opened as the Seahawks Stadium in 2002 (and renamed Qwest Field in 2004, then CenturyLink Field in 2011), the 68,740-capacity stadium was most recently renamed in November 2020 to coincide with CenturyLink's rebrand to Lumen Technologies.

    Seahawks training camp

Too much music and too loud. Other than that, we had a great time and great seats!

    False Advertising

    by 20+ year season T-holder on 8/7/23

The facility and live scrimmage was very entertaining and worth about half the price. However the statement in the promo about players and signatures was the most misleading promo I’ve ever seen. I saw plenty of people bring items because we thought there would be some form of meet and greet with players. Jumping for signed mini-footballs was the most ridiculous execution of a written expectation for fans I’ve ever seen. Complete inequity for the delivery of fan merch, only those with athletic ability get to participate while injured and disabled kids and adults watch as mostly grown men bully their way to a signed football thrown in the air and the only way to get one is to engage in a physical confrontation with other fans. Please don’t mention player signature again in your promo and find a different way for fans to engage in free signed merch. Whoever thought of a “flyers up” grab for footballs doesn’t understand equal access and participation. You could have utilized the field to separate sections by players and fans could have had a real experience meeting and greeting a veteran and a rookie by section. Please have your PR team and project manager on this event take an “Ablism” course or do a refresher on equity, fun and participation. There is something deeply unethical for how you advertised Seahawks signatures in your promo and the choice to advertise in a way that made folks believe everyone would have access to a at least one signatures item from a Seahawks player.

    Seahawks Mock Game

    by WWW on 8/7/23

There was loud music playing during the scrimmage, made it hard to explain the game to my grandson, (his first Seahawks experience). There were some drunk fans there dropping F-bombs like it was a playoff game. Not a great experience. (I am a 40 year season ticket holder)

    Seahawks fest

    by Fan on 8/7/23

Needs lots of improvements the players only paid attention to one area of the fans in the stadium unfortunately we were not in that area it was promoted there would be autograph were fans would have an opportunity to see the players and get autographs my son never got a single opportunity because players didn’t even come around to our area in the stadium even though we were sitting very close to the field very disappointed but otherwise it was a fun experience

    Seriously Loud

by Ted in Gig Harbor on 5/9/23

Have had great times at CenturyLink / Limen Field. The crowd is always into the game, almost a college atmosphere. The only issue is that all of the cameras and big screen TV’s the only way to see all of the game is at home (or in a bar). The game is built for TV. But the vibe at the stadium is fun. Parking is hellish, and expensive. But it’s like that at every stadium I’ve attended. Can’t wait for flying taxi’s.

    It was fun

by TJayDub on 1/4/23Lumen Field - Seattle

I’d rather watch the game than look at the backside of peoples heads because people can’t get their food and sit before the game starts…especially when the ball is in play. I can’t stand the people that are seat surfing. You have an assigned seat, that’s what you paid for. I hate having to stand up to keep letting yahoos come and go, I came to watch the game. Im going to stay home next time. People are rude.

    Meh

by Kay on 1/4/23Lumen Field - Seattle

Game itself was good. Venue is awesome. Food and drink were pricey but that was expected. Annoying that you can’t bring a purse in, not even a small belt purse. Thankfully they had a relatively inexpensive locker vendor in the parking lot. The real issue is the parking. Anything within walking distance started at $75 and I eventually settled on $45 lot that thankfully had a spot available and was a 18min walk. That alone is enough to deter me from wanting to go again.

100,000 'Hawks fans can't be wrong.

by dandawg on 12/18/22Lumen Field - Seattle

Lumen Field and area is such a blast. EasyEasy access to food and drink. Live music. Packed house lots of happy energy. One complaint. 'HAWKS need to crank the heat up in the public areas inside the stadium because it got very cold up in there especially for the kids and the manymany seniors. Fantastic experience every visit to Seattle from Canada. First game since 2019 for that obvious reason.

    Hawks Game

    by J. J. on 12/14/22Lumen Field - Seattle

Even though the Hawks lost, my family and I enjoyed ourselves so much! 10 of us decided to go. The only thing that sucked was that we didn't have seats all together. The energy we felt from our fellow 12's was amazing!
