For a show that is supposed to be family friendly, the promoters and Scooby really goofed up on this one. When I arrived with my 5-year old, I was told that my tickets included a meet and greet with Scooby. This was the first time I knew, so I didn't even have a good camera with me. While conversing with other parents in the line, more than half were not aware of the meet and greet until they arrived for the 4pm show. I was told it would be at 6pm after the show. I told my daughter, who was ecstatic. The show finished at 5:30 and we went to stand in line with others, who also had no idea about the meet and greet. While we were standing there, we were informed (more like scolded) that we were supposed to be there before the show for the meet and greet so we would have to wait until the group from the 7:00 show went in and we could only take pictures, no "dillydallying". After waiting until 6:30ish with a tired, crabby and now hungry daughter, we were led in like cattle to snap our pictures and ushered out immediately after. This whole ordeal ruined the show for me, my daughter liked it, but she doesn't pay for the tickets. I will never attend a show produced by this company again.
