It was excellent From start to finish Front desk hostess and hosts were very friendly and accommodating Food was good waitstaff was good

Even in the heat - staff was friendly courteous & efficient.

Great view of the track - easy access to other parts of the clubhouse. The food is pretty good and at a reasonable price.

Seating was where we wanted to be but they shouldn't charge $100. to reserve a table. There were more than half the tables empty. Our service waitress was excennent, very friendly and accommodating. Menu has slacked off from previous years.

It was opening day, but waiting over 2 hours for our lunch. Service was not on par for the price of the table. Plus they must have cjafrd food vendors again and l Menu was underwhelming.

Unorganized, 10 people at hostess stand Doing nothing, wait staff didn’t know what they were doing or who to wait on. The food was good but we actually waited over 45 minutes to get our check, then it was wrong. Would not go back nor recommend.

Realize it's the last day but food was off, linen napkins replaced by paper, actual flatware replaced by plastic. Come on!

Beautiful Horse Racing Experience, the grounds are impeccable with entertainment for all ages

It was a good experience being trackside at Saratoga so we like to book one day on the Porch , however the tables that were available for 4 people was TINY…We couldn’t all fit our programs on the table let alone drinks or food….very uncomfortable

The Waitstaff and Hostesses are all 5 Star, Menu needs a reboot and at least 1 security person assigned here, alot of smoking and Clubhouse GA without tickets grab tables creating extra work for the waitresses.

My waitress Sonya, was amazing. Providing exceptional service under challenging conditions ....extreme heat and mask protocols. Made for a great experience. The best !!!

Sat in the air conditioned 1863 clubhouse with a window seat. Beautiful! Nice buffet and table service. Steps from the outside rail if one wants to go outside. Perfect experience to watch the horses.

The Porch at Saratoga is a fine location for dining and watching the race. Unfortunately, they allow people to smoke cigars on the apron just beyond the tables and the smoke blows back over the other patrons which is most bothersome and annoying, not to mention unhealthy for many.

They squeeze as many people as they can so the table for 4 was very small, and as always was not level - napkins were under legs to stabilize - for a hundred bucks for the table and twenty five dollar food minimums per person I expected a little more

Some tables in the porch were advertised as not being under cover. Our table was along the horse path from the paddock and it was not listed as not being under cover. And while it did have an umbrella, it did nothing to shelter us from the rain or sun. Please be more clear.

Much improved over opening day. Attentive waiter. Using phone ticket snap shot made entry to track easy. When ordering tickets on line, did not care for ticket insurance pitch that appeared.

Don’t purchase the first row. Tables are exposed to the elements and you get dripped on by the awning. The hostess station cannot change you seat. You are sent to yet another line to do that. There were 4 people at the reservation desk. Three of the four were helping one person at a time. The other worker just sat there on her phone. I waited almost a half hour in line for assistance and a table change. Then I waited another half an hour for a server. Totally not worth it.

Everything about the return to on-site attendance at the Beautiful Saratoga Race Course was fantastic. The food, service, location of the seats on "The Porch" and the weather. I even won a few bucks for a change. But, we were surrounded by fans who were smoking even though the posted rules prohibited it and none of the employees we spoke with would make any attempt at enforcing the rule. It made for a very uncomfortable and unhealthy situation. They need to enforce the rules !!
